Shima was very helpful with a pleasant attitude.
We only went in to enquire about Roaming charges and she advised us how to change contract for very little to include Roaming. This was much better than £10 for 8 days!

The service was amazing. Came in for information about switching from our current broadband provider and I am now excitedly awaiting our new Vodafone setup as the cost more than meets our families needs. Huge thank you to Shima for her expert care and attention.

Slow broadband deliberately?
I switched from BT to Vodafone because of slow broadband speed.
For the first 3 weeks we were really happy. Everyday they were asking us to leave a review, but we waited as we were told by a neighbour that after 3 weeks the speed would slow down.
Low and behold the speed is very poor. Now we are receiving mails from Vodafone advertising wifi boosters. Did they purposely give us gast broadband to get a positive review and have they slowed it down to try ans sell us a booster?
How did the neighbour know it was going to slow down?

Over roughly the first 10 days, we run tests on your line to make sure you get the best possible speeds and connection in the long term, your speeds can fluctuate during this time. As your speed has slowed after 3 weeks though, I would advise to reach out to our broadband team at https://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us/ or by calling 191 from a Vodafone mobile or 0333 304 0191 from any other phone. The team will be able to investigate this and see what we can do to help.

Outstanding service by Peter.
I went into the Vodafone shop in Skegness today to renew my sim only contract. I have been with Vodafone for many years but thought it was very expensive compared to other networks.
Peter the very pleasant man who served me today was brilliant, his customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. He found the perfect package for me a lot cheaper and more for my money, contract 12mths instead of 24mths then he set everything up ready for the change over tomorrow.
