Absolutely amazing personal service. The staff in Vodaphone Southampton couldn’t do enough to help and I had the best assistance and advice . I am impressed with their knowledge and support and I have been a customer for years and never had such great help- thank you and a special shout out to TK who was amazing and an asset to you

Very grateful for the service and help from Graham and Jake last week in the Southampton branch. I had been putting off upgrading my phone after a bad experience in the Vodafone shop a few years ago. To my delight, Vodafone seem to have taken on board that it is better to listen to the customer rather than to patronise them. I left with an appropriate phone for my needs and comprehensive advice about transferring data and trading in my old handset. Many Thanks.
