Really friendly, prompt and great customer service
Went in with my neighbour to update the username and email on the account as it was registered under her late husband's name, even though we already contacted Vodafone's bereavement team who didn't update the email.
Lindsey, in store was absolutely amazing and updated all the required details very quickly. She gave us information on broadband , bills and future upgrades as well. Extremely friendly and lovely personality. Really made our experience an enjoyable one.

Lindsey is a star and so helpful…
Had a really positive experience today with Lindsey from the Stirling Vodafone shop. Ive been having a lot of issues with my broadband upgrade recently and went into the shop to see if they could help. Lindsey was so helpful and really lovely and positive and has made me remain a customer with vodafone as I was close to leaving.
