Outstanding service
We had a brilliant experience with Gregg at Vodafone. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Gregg was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making sure we fully understood all the options without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
He was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience enjoyable. The banter was fantastic and really put us at ease. It's rare to come across someone who is both so well-informed and genuinely engaging.
A real credit to Vodafone thank you, Gregg, for such excellent service

Had the best service today from a young gentleman called Warren. I received the best offer available which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. The store was clean, cool and good music. I would definitely return to Sutton Vodafone again.

Amazing customer service from Greg
Greg was extremely patient and helpful, we had a long query regarding an existing plan that we weren’t happy with but Greg was efficient and helpful in explaining all of our options. He answered all of our questions in detail and it was obvious he is very knowledgable about his job. Amazing customer service and it was a great experience overall. Unfortunately we haven’t had the same experience at other Vodaphone stores therefore we will be sure to visit the Sutton branch when we need help and Greg is a valuable employee!

Fantastic service warren
We were served today by Warren in Sutton town centre and he was fantastic! He was patient and kind and was able to answer all the questions to my elderly mother in a way she understood. His customer service skills are gold standard and I couldnt praise him more.

Disappointing second visit
Having had a very positive experience earlier in the week, it was quite different when I returned to collect my new phone. The sales advisor was adequately competent but didn't greet me with a smile or offer me any advice nor did he clarify my order/deal. I felt there was no effort behind the service I was given. The additional products I wanted were not available in store. It was such a disappointment after my initial visit.
