This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a phone. Karl was very informative and a answered all the questions I had. He also gave me great advice on choosing my phone. I will definitely be back and I will be telling my friends and family about my great experience.

Karl was friendly, professional and very informative. He was also very professional and did not try to sell me things I didn't need or want. Because of this, I left my previous supplier EE and was happy to become a Vodafone customer
