Called VoidHawk twice and emailed once to get customer service, but no response. Frustrating because the voicemail says that VoidHawk will respond within 24 hours. I wanted to call about a bulk order discount which I did not end up receiving because no one responded to me. Also shipping and tracking information was not sent to me until days after the flashlights had already arrived. At the end of the day, the Velociraptor V3 flashlights that I received were all working. I have used these flashlights before, so I knew what I was getting.

No customer service! Flashlight out of the box worked great for a week or two; called customer service; actually got someone who suggested a few things to check; figured out the tail piece switch was bad...Have called back over twenty times; left messages; no response. I would even buy a tail piece extension with the switch included to add a third battery and extend run time; but not so sure they would respond other than just taking the money......
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS?

I purchased for my Grandson who is in Army serving in the Middle East, he wanted a small light with a red lens...he says it is just what he needs to do the job...don't know if the blue and green lens will be of value to him.

I bought a new flashlight off of you a month ago and it hasn't work since day one. I have called and I have emailed no one will answer me. I have bought from you in the past with no problem. But this is totally unacceptable.

On April 5,2018 I ordered batteries for my t-Rex 2 ,the batteries did not correct the problem with the light I have called voidhawk two times received a recorded message saying they would return a call in 24 hours I also have sent to e-mails and no responds. The batteries cost $49.95 plus $10.00 shipping as the light that I received December 2016 cost $100.00 plus I would at least like to return the batteries.

Worst customers service I have ever experienced with online shopping.
I bought a flash light that was sent to me with out the rechargeable batteries I tried calling them several times no one answers the phone and no one returns the call even after the 24 hrs their voice mail box suggests.They just simply don't care after charging your credit card.

Using the Veloceraptor and have had no problems with the flashlight or battery life.
Bought a second set of batteries to extend
use time..approx. 3 hours + per set.
Quality on both the flashlight and batteries exceeded my expectations.
Have no problem enthusiastically recommending Voidhawk
products.

I've bought three of these flashlights. One for a gift and two to replace others older flashlights of high quality. These flashlights out shine all the others. Easy to hold, brilliant light and the batteries last a long time. Highly recommended. I aways have one for easy access and availability in the house and one in my pickup. Planning on getting another one for the auto.

I ordered a T-Rex T-3 flashlight almost 2 years ago , and the thing had been totally abused since day one. And it finally took getting ran over by a bulldozer to destroy this thing, when I had forgot about leaving it lay on the track and took off . It smashed the head of the light breaking the lense and making it unable to focus the beam. But..... it still was operational even with its guts hanging out for the most part. I ordered and received the exact replacement and is working and taking the exact same abuse right out of the box the same day it showed up. Would not hesitate to order it again.... I love this thing!!! Best flashlight I've ever owned !!! It's one tough S.O.B. !!!!

These flashlights are amazing ! We started with one and now we have 3. We use them every day. The 1100 lumens is very bright ! The only problem I have ever had was I had one charger that wouldn’t work, they mailed me a replacement that week, their customer service is great. I will be ordering more of these because they make great gifts.

That good product, but very hard to contact and communication by phone not answer not even left voicemails not responded and also by email too

I bought one flashlight just like this a couple of years or so ago and it worked until just recently. So I bought another one. This one has quit working. I have used the batteries in another flashlight so it doesn't seem to be the batteries. I just placed an order for new batteries. If it doesn't work when I get them, I will let you know.

I work residential remodel and repair, I use that flashlight everyday sometimes all day.
Not had and problems, had them for years.
Best flashlight I have ever owned.

I use Voidhawk Flashlights exclusively after trying different name brands. I rate as excellent and would recommend company to anyone. This makes an excellent Christmas gift for the hard to please friend.

Flashlights are awesome! Customer service was surely lacking, didn’t have returned phone calls or emails, but everything arrived although delayed. I couldn’t be more pleased with my flashlights

The web site was good, the product is great, VoidHawk flashlights are top notch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their time to ship needs improvement. Working in today's world when even purchases through ebay and buying stuff from other people, they get it in the mail in the next day or following day latest. Having to wait a week or more for an email saying it was just shipped seems to be below par in today's business world. Sure hope they fix this, but I've mentioned this before and no change. Makes me wonder if they even read these surveys.

There flashlights are crap and also the warranty stinks my flashlight didnt last just past a year sent messages and got zero response i would steer clear of the t_rex 4c model flashlight and if anybody from voidhawk happens to see or read this send me a new flashlight i can use it .as a weight to a throw a ropes on my boat.
