Trying to reach this company either through Email of their phone # is futile Just a recording is on the phone saying in 24 hours they will return your call this is my 5 time trying without a return phone I want some service their product is superior but the human part of the business is not present.
I have a high dollar flashlight that I cant even get fixed and I'm afraid to order from them anything right now also a month ago I responded by email for a free keychain flashlight and have not received one so far.

Wonderful products, communication and turnaround time are less than ideal. it has been very difficult to get an answer from Voidhawk in the past. Call their phone number and no one answers. Leave a voicemail and no one calls you back. But these flashlights are so great, that I now have 2 - T Rex T2's and 1 T Rex T3

I have been using these flashlights for three years. Bought units for five families. I jus purchased two additional units to replace lost ones. I always get the rechargeable type and I have not been disappointed with any product I have purchased. I highly these recommend these flashoights to everyone.

I called for you twice before receiving my order to get an update on when my order shipped and a tracking number. In both instances I got voicemail and I left my phone number and a message. They said they would call me back and that never happened.

Shipping costs are too high and do not reflect postage costs. I called and left a message about a problem and never received a call back. Products are fine.

I love the flashlight because it gives me so much flexibility. The one drawback is that when the batteries die it is without warning. However, having the charger and planning ahead solves that problem.

Not only does this company make first rate flashlights, but they stand behind their products too! One of the flashlights we purchased from VoidHawk developed a problem with the switch - we couldn't turn the light on and off. We contacted VoidHawk, they verified our purchase and sent us a new switch free of charge and the light works as good as new. And our flashlight was over two years old - yet they still stood behind the product.

This is the only company we will buy our flashlights from!

I purchased the T-Rex. I would have given a Five star rating because the flashlight is great, however there is no support for the product. I'm having a problem with the charger that came with the flashlight so how do I get the problem resolved? No one answers the phone and no one returns my calls even though the recording states that I would be contacted within 24 hours.This is the 4th flashlight I purchased from Voidhawk and their support was always great in the past. If I had a problem I would call and the owner would answer the phone. Too bad the owner doesn't seem to care about the company anymore!

I purchased two T-Rex-T3 flashlights and I have been very impressed with the light output of these flashlights. I also like that the beam is adjustable from flood to tightly focused and that the batteries are rechargeable. One of the flashlights failed however after less than a year but the company replaced the flashlight under their lifetime warranty. My new flashlight works great and I would recommend these flashlights.

Great quality product, very bright flashlight! Love the zoom feature. A little slow to ship but arrived well packaged in great condition.

Product doesn't work properly and I can't get in touch with anyone to get the problem resolved. I have left multiple messages and have not had a response from any. Who runs a business like this, spend $60 on a flashlight you expect better results.

I bought the T-Rex, t3, and it broke, after 4 months. But VoidHawk honored their lifetime warranty, and replaced it free of charge. That is great customer service.

Nobody to answer the company phone, placed several calls leaving a message however not one call back, finally retuned my new flashlight now waiting for $59.95 credit on my Visa card.

I have purchased both the T-Rex 4 and several Micro lights from VoidHawk. Having retired from 30 years in law enforcement, I can truly say that these products far surpassed anything I used during my law enforcement career. I recently gave the Micro as a gift, and am also going to purchase another T-Rex as a gift for the same friend (also retired law enforcement agent). Customer service has been exemplary, which matches their products.
P.S-Used both lights last year while bear hunting in Canada to locate our game-glad I had them with me!

The light is really bright like described. I was surprised that the light gets hot after it has been on for awhile. Unsure if that is how it's supposed to be. Cooled off appropriately after turning off.
