Great flashlight bought others did not comparison to voidhawk flashlights.

Quality flashlights. Bright and rugged. Service Dept. Is very friendly and helpful. Just reordered batteries for my velociraptors and they arrived in less than a week. You can't beat the quality for the price!! Mine are used everyday during my home inspections and I have yet to be disappointed.

I have two sons that are Industrial Construction Superintendents and I bought them both Voidhawk Flashlights. They love them! In dark tunnels, vaults, and night viewing high tension line connections, these flashlights are superior to any flashlight they ever had. They are tough, durable, and help you stay safe in dark dangerous situations. Thank you Voidhawk.

Want to start by saying this flashlight (The T-Rex 4C) is absolutely incredible! It is absolutely awesome. The issue I have is with customer service. I emailed them 2 times regarding a question and never heard a word back. I also called them several times and always got a recording. I did not leave a message but thought it was pretty crazy that no one ever answered the phone... To this day I never received a reply to my question I emailed them.

Excellent compact high powered flashlight.

After having purchased $264.00 in product, the Mini-Raptor M2C arrived defective. We have called daily & sent an email since we received the order approximately 2 weeks ago. We have not had any response from Voidhawk. If we do not hear from them by July 24th, I am contacting the attorneys general in Indiana, Florida & any state where Voidhawk does business. Excellent flashlights for the price. Sturdy and very reliable.
I own 2 T- 3, 3 T- 4, 2 T Rex 1 Velociraptor 2 UV lights 2 3 color lights.
I noticed that the T-3 use one battery more than the other 2 is this normal?
Can you build more powerful lights like the marauder X7 or the new X9?

last purchase had problem with the switch i called customer service 5 times there was no responce

Very pleased with the product. It is as advertised. It is very bright and is built strongly enough to hit with and not fall apart in your hand.

Best flashlights I have ever owned and believe I have owned many. I've been in law enforcement for 23 years my flash light is one of my most important tools that I use constantly every day and must be reliable.

the lights speak for themselves but the way you take care of your customers is #1. we all had stream lights but they don't hold a candle in either case. thanks for a great light and the service that comes with.

Very impressed with how much better this flashlight lights up everything and the zoom feature is going to come in handy. Also is built solid.

I have purchased several flashlights. Unbelievably bright. Mine is an industrial application. I use them for inspection and they get abused. dropped on the concrete floor. I have never had an issue with them. Recently the switch went out on one that was probably 2 years old. Customer service was fantastic with getting me a new switch.
Fantastic light. I recommend 2 sets of batteries and the charger. It does take a full 8 hours minimum to charge, the charge does last. I just can't be 8 hours with out it.

My review of my online experience was exceptional. My review of first trying to get a response from the 1-800 number was dismal.
