Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you didn’t receive a response from our customer service team.
I’ve checked your account and can see that you received a gift card for two of your purchases on 25 June 2026, and this gift card has also been claimed.
For the VIP reward, you need to complete 2 qualifying purchases to receive one £5 gift card. Similarly, 4 qualifying purchases earn a £10 gift card, and 6 qualifying purchases earn a £15 gift card.
We hope this clarifies how the VIP rewards work. We’re sorry for any confusion and appreciate your feedback.
A seemingly hidden gem of the online shopping sphere
VoucherCodes has been a hidden gem for me when it comes to making savings on regular purchases and providing incentives when making the big purchases. Whilst the heavily promoted cashback sites are talked about everywhere, I feel VoucherCodes needs talking about more. They always have a comprehensive collection of discount codes, their customer service has always been top notch, and the numerous daily promotions they offer has always been a wonderful added extra to my purchase. Would absolutely recommend everyone try them, and definitely sign up for the VIP - one of the schemes that actually makes you feel important.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for any confusion regarding your George reward gift card.
To clarify, tracking investigations and validations typically take between 1 to 12 weeks for the retailer to fully resolve. We understand how frustrating the waiting period can be, but our team is actively monitoring this and will update you via your support request as soon as we receive confirmation from the merchant.
We appreciate your patience while this process is completed.
