I’m still waiting for a voucher for purchases in July. It is now nearly October and I’ve been told i should wait until December and raise a dispute if the vouchers don’t appear!

I had a problem with one of the gift cards which continued to say 'pending' for a further two weeks after the date given. I emailed customer services and this was resolved fairly promptly.

It's a good idea but don't reply upon the cashback / voucher. Made a purchase in January 2026 with offer of £25 voucher. It was tracked and expected date to resolve was May 2026 and now in late September 2026 nothing has happened and I doubt it ever will! Reply from Vouchercodes suggested falsely the purchase was made with a gift card. I have checked the receipt and this was charged to a Visa card and so their claim is totally false.

Just because when I came to pay for my travel insurance there was a box that said “ Promo Code” I went on to Google and asked if there were any active discounts , and got a code straight away. Applied it and it reduced my premium… excellent.

I’ve checked your account and can see that you received a gift card for two of your purchases on 25 June 2026, and this gift card has also been claimed.
For the VIP reward, you need to complete 2 qualifying purchases to receive one £5 gift card. Similarly, 4 qualifying purchases earn a £10 gift card, and 6 qualifying purchases earn a £15 gift card.
We hope this clarifies how the VIP rewards work. We’re sorry for any confusion and appreciate your feedback.
A seemingly hidden gem of the online shopping sphere
VoucherCodes has been a hidden gem for me when it comes to making savings on regular purchases and providing incentives when making the big purchases. Whilst the heavily promoted cashback sites are talked about everywhere, I feel VoucherCodes needs talking about more.
