Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. As previously mentioned, our standard Code Guarantee applies strictly to exclusive discount codes rather than merchant-hosted deals. Because no code was used for this order, we are unable to issue a goodwill gesture on this occasion. We value your feedback and remain committed to displaying clear, accurate deal terms across our site.

Thanks for your patience! It can take a bit of time for the retailer to confirm your purchase, but we’re so happy to hear you received your voucher. Thanks for hanging in there with us!
Watch out for tracking issues
OK except when vip does not track purchases you made. Spent more money as a result and so use vouchercodes less now as a saving or gift voucher is only good if honoured and paid.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback with us. We are always working to improve our tracking systems.
To help ensure your purchases track properly in the future, please keep these tips in mind:
• Ensure you are not using private or incognito browsing.
• Click the offer on VoucherCodes right before you start shopping.
• Accept all cookies on the retailer's site.

We hope to earn a higher rating in the future!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration with the wait for your reward.
As explained in the Rewards Terms & Conditions, gift cards are paid between 45 and 150 days after the qualifying purchase. In this case, we’re currently waiting for Argos to confirm your reward with us.
As soon as we receive this confirmation, your reward will be automatically processed and paid by our system. We appreciate your patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused while we wait for the confirmation.
