Customer Service Not So Good As Before
Customer Service not so good now. Chat bot got agent to email me, agent gave me email address to send confirmation, that email address came back as no longer in use and sent me back to chat bot. Cannot reply directly to agent's email as I just get a copy of my own email back with a blank message box, this is because they now use Zendesk. So basically no way of discussing any query with a real person anymore as their email doesn't work! Update, VC has now sorted the query quickly and efficiently after opening a new ticket and uploading everything into the chat bot. Just wish VC would reinstate a direct email contact and stop using Zendesk.
