I queried 2 pending BrandAlley £15 bonus VIP transactions back in June. Told they may take some time.
Queried them again yesterday as still pending and told that as they are now over 4 months old I can’t claim these. Poor service when I brought these to VCs attention back in June and nothing was done.

The service is okay but I wish I had more codes for discounts on the items I choose. It's mostly free deliveries or sell items which is on the website anyway, but it could be a lot better

Voucher codes offer for amazon vouchers if booking over £500 TUI flights by a date in January. I did as per the offer.
Was told I would be told by May if I met their conditions.
June arrived. No amazon vouchers.
I messaged. They said I have to have used the flights. So after I returned I messaged. I was given a load of things I had to supply. I supplied everything. I was emailed to be told I can have my vouchers. They didn’t arrive. I messaged them again. They asked me more questions even after telling me I had passed their silly games. I am still waiting for amazon vouchers. Complete scam. Waste of time and effort.
