Unreliable Tracking & Awful Customer Support
When it works, it’s fine and a great way to make some free money on purchases. But when it doesn’t work — which is far too often — it’s shockingly bad.
Around 25% of my transactions don’t track properly. Trying to get these investigated is like pulling teeth. Customer support is incredibly hit and miss, and there is no proper way to communicate with them. You’re left posting a message through their chat system, which apparently isn’t properly manned. You can wait a while for a response — if you get one at all.
And when you finally do get a response, some agents send completely nonsensical emails that have absolutely nothing to do with the issue you raised. Worse, if you reply to them, your message simply gets forwarded back to you and I think without reaching the person dealing with the case.
It’s can often be an absolute nightmare. The service is only as good as its tracking system and customer support, and both are lacking too often.

I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe but continue to get mail. I tried blocking but still get unwanted mail even though it carries the blocked badge. 3 months rest button still no effect just like the so called vouchers.

It took time but i got my rewards voucher eventually
Voucher codes has great deals and rewards. I had issue with tracking of one reward. Although it took time to sort but customer services was very responsive and kept me up to date and eventually i got the reward in my account.

I queried 2 pending BrandAlley £15 bonus VIP transactions back in June. Told they may take some time.
Queried them again yesterday as still pending and told that as they are now over 4 months old I can’t claim these. Poor service when I brought these to VCs attention back in June and nothing was done.
