Disappointed, unlike before
Although my gift cards are finally rewarded after completing the minimum amount of shopping via the specific reward link of this website, unlike before the pure gift cards that do not demand minimum amount of shopping, these vouchers require shopping of more than 50 pounds to allow you to use, so they in fact are not the normal gift cards, but like discounts that are only valid after your shopping exceeds a minimum amount.

Thank you for your feedback. While some offer rewards are standard gift cards, specific promotional rewards and partner terms may require a minimum spend threshold. We appreciate your comments regarding how these terms are displayed and will use this to help improve our offer clarity going forward.

Rubbish
This was great when I first started using but now VIP orders never track & I find myself wasting time collecting and sending information to prove I have purchased goods. I have just wasted an hour putting an email together & got a response saying it won’t be dealt with & I have to go to the support centre & open the chat icon. More time wasted. It’s one way of putting people off downloading the app.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused by this process.
We recently moved support to our chatbot to help collect all necessary details upfront, which allows our care team to investigate and resolve enquiries much more efficiently.
We are more than happy to assist you with any missing transactions. Please reach out to us via the chat icon in our Support Centre with your purchase details, and our team will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

.Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that our minimum spend requirement for the VIP £5 gift cards changed to £15 in June.
Having reviewed your account, we can see that the purchases associated with your claims were all under the £15 minimum spend, which is why the claims were automatically declined by our system.
If you believe this is incorrect, please email our customer support team with your details so we can look into this further and clarify the situation for you
