I registered with Vouchercodes to buy a fridge-freezer to receive £40 voucher. I have done all the steps needed, ordered through the link, but I never received the voucher. Each time I email them, the response is please wait, we still didn't hear back from Currys. It has been now 4 months. I have emailed them about 6 times now. Each time same response, but no voucher. I wouldn't bother again.

Recent Experience. Customer Service not what it used to be
I usually love VoucherCodes and previously always managed to get any issues resolved with great customer service. This time, however. Not the case. On 25/9 which was VIP day, there was an additional ‘shop once, earn a £5 gift card’ with selected fashion retailers. The terms and conditions stated that these purchases would also count as one of my 2 shops for a £5 gift card. I spent over £15 with both New Look and Marks and Spencer, following the links, yet the ‘shop once’ offer, never tracked. I have had to raise this issue twice using the online AI chat as you can’t send an email to the support team now, only for a ticket to be created, and me to received a reply saying my VIP shops and Rewards have tracked (yes, I know they have like I stated in the online chat. This was for the shop once offer. I didn’t get a response when I replied to the email saying this, so I had to create another ticket only for the same thing to happen again! It’s really put me off using any of these offers because it feels like I’ll now have to give up on the gift cards because there are no responses if I reply to the email, and if I create another ticket via online chat, no doubt the same response will come through again.

I found it to be useful to get a hotel room at a competitive price.
It was 5 star but next day I made another booking same hotel and somehow my booking was for 1 person.
I jumped through hoops and could get this rectified. Just a auto service. Phone number provided didn't work.
Luckily I rang the hotel who saw I booked 2 guests and she kindly added him but I now have to pay for one breakfast.
I would book via this site again it saved me money.
I was trying to secure the last available room and luckily it all turned out okay.
This was because I called the hotel to try to sort this and was told I need to call Expedia. I explained my dilemma and i got both bookings in the same room and result got a seaview room.
Hotel were great.10/10
