West 4 Plumbing and Heating Ltd Reviews

Thank you very much for attending at short notice to fix leaky radiator that left the flat with no hot water nor heating. Not first time that Alfie has helped me sort issues at short notice. Always very appreciated as not everyone is as accommodating as him. Highly rated.

Called West 4 Plumbing & Heating on a Saturday night due to an emergency at our restaurant. The guys were quick to arrive and sort problem with no hassle. Used this company few times and will definitely be my first call for any plumbing needs. Highly Recommended

Alfie has completed various jobs at my property, all to an excellent standard- power flush, installed new parts in the boiler, installation of a brand new radiator and rerouting pipes to improve a faulty radiator. I would highly recommend West 4 Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

We have used "West 4 Plumbing & Heating Ltd" a number of times and they have always been reliable, punctual, honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend "West 4 Plumbing & Heating Ltd" for any plumbing work.

Excellent work installing a system boiler and cylinder. 3 guys working really swiftly and efficiently.. the copper pipe work is like a work of art.
They are due back to install 8 radiators next week .. so I’m hoping for another excellent exchange.

Quick, efficient, effective and a nice chap. An honest and reliable service. Wore a face mask throughout. Highly recommend

Best plumber I’ve ever used
Straightforward and honest service from a lovely man who clearly cares about his work

West 4 Plumbing & Heating Ltd worked on our new bathroom, fitting a new boiler (with nest system) and some new radiators to our home. Alfi is very knowledgeable, organised, clean and efficient. After having done a wonderful job for us, he sent all the completed paperwork, warranties and certificates within the hour. I strongly recommend him.

Alfie was recommended by my cousin and was super efficient with his colleague to find out what was wrong and correct it. Very professional and nice. Definitely will call him again and recommend as well.

I had tried to fit a thermostat myself but struggled to get it working, Alfie came by and sorted it in about 5 mins, willl defo recommend and use again!

Extremely glad we have such a competent and efficient plumber in the local area.

I've used Afie a few times and he has always been reliable, punctual and professional. Does a really good job, will definitely be using him again.

We had our kitchen refitted a couple of years ago, and the builder brought in West 4 P&H to replace the boiler, fit the radiators and handle everything involving pipes... We've been asking Alfie to handle the servicing ever since. Highly competent and reliable, you don't need to look any further if you need something done, and done properly.

Quick, efficient and very clean. I had a tricky leak to deal with for an unusual brand of toilet, parts were delivered next day and fitted on a bank holiday. Can’t ask for more than that. Would defo recommend.

Thank you to Andy Phillips for the great service and Paul Fouracre for the excellent repair and service of my two wall fires.

First class from start to finish !!

Also very good price for doing the job as well.

We had a great experience with this company. Alfi installed a new mega flow tank and boiler for us and did a wonderful job. All of the pipes are very tidy and organized and the system is working beautifully. He also installed our underfloor heating and made it compatible with our digital control system. The whole team is very friendly and I would be happy to work with them again!

Highly recommended! Have used Alfie for an emegency and he turned up at once! He is superb at plumbing and I have called him back for other jobs since. He knows his stuff well, is very calm and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely 5 stars!

I’ve used this company for quite a few years now and never had any problems. I can always rely on them to get the job done. Alfie is honest, professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He tries to help and advise wherever he can. I highly recommend.
