I had a great experience, I took my old Tudor in for some needed TLC (and a service), and I could be happier, Ian kept me informed of what was needed and what work was being done, he completed the work in the agreed timescale. I am very happy with the watch and won’t hesitate to use him again and recommend his service

I entrusted him with the full servicing of my vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre watch, dating from around 1964. From the beginning, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest, carefully explaining the condition of the movement, the wear he had found and the limitations that can come with a watch of this age.

He kept me well informed throughout the process and treated the watch with great care. It came back beautifully serviced and polished—the white gold and diamonds look absolutely stunning. I felt completely confident leaving such a precious vintage piece in his hands and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and conscientious watchmaker.

Great experience dealing with WatdiTime. Ian undertook work on three of my watches, a gucci, a Rolex and a cheap wrist watch. Everything I requested was completed and I was very pleased with the results. Work carried out included adjusting a strap, replacing batteries and fitting a new strap. The service was quick and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Ian is a true professional and master at his craft. Very punctual, informed and upfront regarding issues, costs etc - he makes sure to explain his process, and progress, ensuring the customer is 100% happy prior to proceeding with work.

Ian has repaired or refurbished a few watches for me, and has always provided feedback after assessment on what would be involved so I could decide whether to go ahead. I trust Ian to do great work and he has my complete confidence to tackle jobs from the simple to the complex.

Very pleased to have met and have Ian work on repairing my wife's watch. As I am not a watch expert he helped identify the issue, provide images of damage, why it could have happened and provided solutions to fix the watch at a very reasonable price depending on the brand. His services are very reasonably priced and and turn around is quick. He kept me upto date on progress and quickly obtained a replacement for a faulty new movement
