When you book with The Maintenance Man, you deal directly with me – the person doing the work. No sub-contractors, no no-shows, just fair pricing and tidy, quality workmanship. My services include general property maintenance and repairs, painting and decorating, flat-pack assembly, doors, locks and handles, kitchen and bathroom repairs and re-sealing, minor plumbing fixes, and gutter cleaning and repairs. I specialise in static caravan maintenance – a service in high demand across the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. This includes jet washing and exterior cleaning, roof leak repairs and sealing, cladding maintenance, window and door seal replacement, decking repairs, damp checks, and drain ups and downs. For outdoor spaces, I offer lawn mowing, hedge trimming, garden clearances, turfing, weed removal, small to medium tree work, fencing repairs and installation, shed repairs, and high-pressure washing for houses, patios, driveways and garden paths. I called the maintenance man to come…
I called the maintenance man to come and diagnose a problem with my shower and bathroom light. He explained what needed to be done and with an instant, well priced quote, I asked him to undertake the job straight away. He managed to order the parts needed and had both problems fixed and sorted in no time at all. He was professional, polite, and respectful. He completed the jobs and I’ve had no problems since. If I ever do, I know exactly who I’d call. I also recommend him to all my friends, as trustworthy, maintenance men are hard to find.

Very good worker always polite and got the job done and kept the place clean. Fix my heater straight away very helpful he will be missed.

Had a problem, within an hour fixed
Had a problem arise and within an hour of ringing Lee he had fixed it. Cannot thank him enough, he is a life saver. Most of all what a brilliant and genuine person as well. Definitely my go to from now on, if you’re ever looking for a person to go to, contact Lee!!

Couldn't be more happy with the work…
Couldn't be more happy with the work undertaken. Communication was outstanding, talking through every step before work even started.
Once started it was carried out with professional precision taking care of everything. I was extremely pleased of the way care was taken with my personal belongings making sure every was covered or moved. All mess was cleaned up as and tidy upon completing the work.
Cannot recommend enough

What a fast & efficient service, came to look at tap in a holiday rental on a Friday evening was there at 10am Saturday replacing tap for my client.
