Over Wards - Barnehurst

Geschreven door het bedrijf

Established in Gillingham in 1922, Wards (formerly Ward & Partners) is Kent’s largest independent estate agency. With over 100 years of heritage, Wards has grown from a single branch family-run business into a notable network under the Arun Estates umbrella, serving home buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the Southeast of England.

What sets Wards apart is its "people-first" approach. Built on the core belief that it is people who make a property a home, the agency has built an enduring reputation for outstanding customer service, transparency, and deep local knowledge. To ensure seamless journeys for its clients, Wards offers a comprehensive, all-in-one property service. This includes expert residential sales, lettings, professional valuations, in-house mortgage advice, and conveyancing.

Deeply rooted in the communities it serves, Wards has raised millions of pounds for local charities over the decades. Combining a century of traditional local expertise with modern digital marketing—including virtual tours, massive portal exposure, and open-house strategies—Wards continues to be the trusted partner helping generations of families take their next steps on the property ladder.

Wards of Barnehurst (specifically Ann McDonald) helped us with our move after being with another agent for 18 months, went to wards of Barnehurst dealt with Ann and the house was sold in 3 weeks and we got our dream house in Herne Bay 2 mins from the sea, Ann also has a wonderful sense of humour but also did the business.
The biggest thanks go to Ann and the rest of the staff, I say to Wards do not lose this girl a big asset to Wards.
