Delivered with items missing, not working, not as described.

Refused completely to resolve the non working wi-fi on one panel.

We have used infrared heating panels for a number of years now and by chance, came across this company’s Fireplace Infrared Heater with Wi-Fi and thought it would be perfect for our living room area. As we have used infrared in the past, we needed no convincing as to how good these panels are, and this type of heating is, but were intrigued by the idea of the ‘flickering light effect on this fire. In the past, we have occasionally used a freestanding panel in the winter months to add extra warmth to the room, but this fire meant that we could attach it securely to the wall and use it just as we would a normal fire.
We made the order for the1300w Ember fireplace model, and it was delivered promptly two days later. We opened the parcel up and then checked and tested the fire before mounting it on the wall.
The Fire has a small touch control panel on its right-hand side which you can use to set it up. A little fiddly at first, but we eventually got there. We use the ‘Smart Life’ App to control a lot of the other Wi-Fi plugs and devices in our home, so used that to connect the fire. Through that, you can switch the fire on and off, set the temperature and also add timers. Once that was done, we were then able to find it with our Alexa, so we can now operate the fire by voice command too.
It gives out a great heat, and you will always know when it is on because of the flickering light effect. It is not meant to represent a realistic flame; however, it is purely decorative but can also be used independently of the heating to provide some mood lighting in the room. We are very pleased with the look and performance of the fire and hope that we will not need the use of the ten-year warranty that they give you.

Great product and customer service

I had a query on how to operate the Controller they responded swiftly, and i was able to resolve my user issue.

On your website it clearly said that delivery would take a few days. As I was going to be away for a couple of days, I ordered just before leaving so I would be sure of being back in time. I was surprised the next day that delivery was planned for that very day. I rearranged delivery and sat in for hours today. The arranged time passed and nothing had happened. The information from FedEx said a signature was needed, so I waited. Finally, the entry phone rang but by the time I rushed downstairs, the driver had left. No signature taken. Since posting about the delivery, I have also provided feedback to FedEx. While their poor service is not your fault, you choose to use them.

I have now installed my new wall panel. The installation was reasonably easy and it looks fine. Testing it out, it kicks out warmth pretty quickly, though I could see my smart meter revving up too. I will be monitoring my bills over the coming cooler weeks to see how they compare to last year. My current task is figuring out the remote control functions… challenging but I can at least switch it on and off and establish the desired temperature.

Company website was easy to use, all the information is there. Ordering process went exactly as you'd expect it too.

Heater itself if amazing. 170 watts isn't a lot in one go but over the course of the day keeps this office nice and toasty (and can be run from the excess of my solar panels which is why I bought such a small one).

Used the company for years, always been satisfied with the company and products, great value and a great service.

Excellent overall experience

So I've been looking at IR panels for a while and finally decided to try a budget one out in our WC. It feels like having the the warm sun on you. And looking at my smart meter it was much more cost effective than the electric heater in my bedroom. The company Warm4less were a pleasant suprise, quick delivery and today I got a lovely hand written thankyou card! Thank you :) I'm going to get another for my ensuite asap.

Great products and truly fantastic customer service…. I have several Herschel Infrared heaters but this new one from Warm4less is at least as good and considerably cheaper and comes with a 10 year guarantee, built in thermostat and Smart Life/Alexa compatibility….

Easy to order, quick delivery by a good delivery company, easy to set up with the handset/thermostat and, very importantly, looks great and precise temperature control. Comes with great fitting kit and good instructions.

The heaters have gone up ok and apart from working out what remote went with what heater, very easy to set up.
The heaters themselves put out quite a bit of heat. Will be interesting to see how they do in winter as they are our only sauce of heating.
