Mixed view on the bathroom towel rail heater.
Good delivery and packaged well. I haven't used the product yet as it's still too warm!! Two points which I think buyers should be aware of.
1. The heater is not fully infrared. The rails apparently are but the main heater is convection aided by infared. This has changed where we were going to position it and it's now a lot higher than I would wish it to be.
2. The instructions for the programming are awful and I'm still trying work out how to do it. This is the only reason why I bought this model. I contacted the company and unfortunately there has been no response.
UPDATED 9/09/25
Customer service got back to me as promised and explained the programming schedule. They did admit that the fitting instructions and user ones needed attention. I still can’t comment on the actual heater yet as still not used it.

We had to replace our oil filled heaters. The heat pumps were just too expensive and we thought we'd try infrared heatings. It's absolutely brilliant. They are space saving too. No hassle at all. overall we love it. The design. The concept. We have one in every room. We have 3 in the living room. It quickly heats up your house. As long as your house is properly insulated,the cost of electricity is okay 👍

Have been running 5 panels now for over two years. Great tech!
We use two 160W panels to help reduce and almost fully overcome the condensation which has been an ongoing issue for many years.
We run the panels overnight and the results have been great and the power consumption is very low and certainly worth the little extra expenditure.
I would certainly recommend this form of heating and Warm4Less have been well stocked, competitively priced and delivery has been really quick. I have now ordered 5 similar panels, some for the church rooms and some for my home (garage and shed - the latter has two). Happy to recommend!

excellent service
excellent service. a really good price for the 4 heaters I bought for my business. They came really quickly and when I thought something hadn't been delivered, I spoke to a human straight away who told me I had overlooked a package! And then came the handwritten thank you note! Such a nice touch. Panels are for winter but have had them on and they heat up super quick, room went from 20 degrees tp 30 within 10 mins.

Excellent product & customer service!
The website was informative & easy to navigate. I found the 2 heaters I wanted & checkout was simple. An idea for the picture heaters would be to group the colours together to view them, as well as by size/cost. I found by chance the Leaves heater goes perfectly by colour scheme with the Birch? Trees heater & that was the main reason for my purchases. All communication has been friendly & useful, thank you. I may even try the heater with one of my photos on at a later date, an excellent idea.

Terrific range and value
Terrific range of infrared wall panel heaters. We found exactly what we wanted, a small heater for our garden summerhouse which looks like a work of art. The cherries on top were a limited time discount and delivery ahead of time.

Delivery
I was told that my order could be delivered on a specific day but it did not turn up. I had to rearrange the delivery and as they could not give me a time I had to have full day off work which is very frustrating.
