Today Zack and Mark installed superfoil in my loft they were very professional and hard working explaining everything they had to do am very happy with the work done thank you would recommend Zack and the company to my friends and family.

Had the team from Warmer Solutions over to insulate my loft here in Leeds - genuinely impressed. Alex was the installer - very professional and did a great job with his team. They turned up right on time, were polite and got on with the job without any fuss. Everything was explained clearly, and the place was left spotless. I noticed that the temperature indoors feels more stable and comfortable now.

The only downside was a slight drop in TV signal due to the foil layer used in the insulation, but the company quickly sent someone over and fixed the issue at no cost.

I’d definitely recommend Warmer Solutions to anyone around West Yorkshire looking to improve their home’s insulation.

Marketing tactics need revising. My elderly mother received a marketing via landline on behalf of warmsolutions. Sales individuals arrived next day and she was advised she required immediate work. She felt pressured to sign a contract of £7000 and paid a deposit of £1700. The sale occurred very quickly and she did not have time to really think about it. When she thought about this whirlwind approach, she reviewed the paperwork and with no named contact details written on the contract, she became very wary. She did not read the firms contact email address well and did not really understand the paperwork to cancel the product. Upon my involvement the company did return the deposit but I certainly believe the sales individuals need training on reminding individuals their consumer rights. Using a highlighter pen to mark the procedure and how to cancel the contract would be beneficial to the elderly. Review your approach please and thank you for returning the deposit.

A representative came to visit us on the pretext that they would only spend 10-15 minutes assessing our loft. When he came he was extremely aggressive, insisting that he spend an hour chatting to us, even though we had other things planned. What followed was a load of misinformation, high pressure tactics and psychological manipulation. He didn’t seem to have any technical knowledge and couldn’t answer questions about the need to have an air gap and that Superfoil needs to be synced with other insulation to work effectively. He showed us readings from a moisture meter saying the readings were high when in fact they were low and only explained what they meant after our insistence. He warned us that the government was likely to remove the 0% VAT on roof insulation “any day” and that it could soon attract 20% VAT. This is not true. There is no indication the government is planning to do that. The scheme runs out in 2027 when if not renewed VAT on roof insulation will revert to 5%. We were offered a huge discount if we signed up immediately. We were not informed of any cooling off period.

Worlmen came at 8:10 am and worked continously till4:00 pm an left a very tidy job with no complaints. JBB.

Edward, a cheery soul, gave me lots of details on the benefits and science behind having my roof insulation upgraded. I hope the amount of fuel he estimated I will save is accurate. Also looking forward to having a cooler bedroom in those hot spells. Shane's efficient installation is very neat and was carried out the next day! He made sure I was happy with the work and answered more questions. The service cannot be faulted. Will happily recommend.

We were called by Shane on the day of installation to advise what time he would arrive (he was on time). Did the work on his own and was very accurate with his timings. Did a great job .

Hi, Mitch and Jordan installed my roof lining today and from the moment they arrived, bang on the time they were due to start btw, they were friendly, polite and professional. These two gentlemen refused all offers of refreshments, adamant they just wanted to crack on and get the job done in a timely manner, which they certainly did. No breaks, just heads down and working until they left, cleaning up after themselves and leaving the house as they found it. They are both a credit to your company, please pass on my thanks again.

We had the attic done today by Shane he was excellent fantastic work. Did not stop all day . I would recommend him to my friends. Thank you warmersolutions .Also to Mr John Pickle how came to see us Thank you .Mrs D DAVIES. Cwmbran GWENT.

Zak and Mark arrived yesterday nice and early and removed the foam insulation and installed foil in my loft very happy with there work and attention to detail thank you very much would highly recommend zack and the company.

My dad in his 80’s got a cold
Call at 9.30am in the morning by this company who he has never heard of before. By 1pm a Jordan Cobb was in his house trying to sell him insulation for his loft as his was moldy and no good in his opinion, even though a new roof was fitted only ten years ago !!! I walked in just before he was going to tell him the cost and asked what was going on. I stopped the conversation and I told him I wanted to research the company etc before we decided on anything as I have come across unacceptable sales standards in my professional work. He packed up and sharply left when I told him we would not be taking it any further. Less than thirty minutes later my elderly father received a call from a lady from this company berating us for asking the salesperson to leave and being totally unprofessional in her attitude towards us. Could not believe her rudeness so I terminated the call. Treating someone who is elderly and little confused is totally shocking. Would never trust this company based on the service I witnessed today.

Zack and Mark arrived keen and worked very hard until the job was complete very satisfied with the work completed today would highly recommend them and the company thank you very much.

I was cold called - saying it was a Government initiative to help people. A free survey was offered - on the condition that - both myself and my husband would attend. I was then rung by Mike from I don't know where, to fix an appointment. We agreed on a date and time, but Mike kept trying to change the time. We then agreed on another date. I asked for an email confirmation of who was coming, the time and what they were doing. Nothing came - I chased and still nothing. I said if I didn't have an email confirmation I would cancel the appointment - didn't hear anything until the surveyor rang and said he was on his way. I politely told him what had happened, which he accepted. I then got an very rude call from Mike demanding to know why I cancelled (he obviously doesn't bother reading his texts, or listens to what people tell him). He then said 'thanks for wasting my time' and put the phone down! Don't think he realised that he had wasted my time, my husband's time and Karl's time.

Zack and mark came today to install foil in my loft have turn on time and have worked very hard very please with the work they have done would recommend Zack and the company to my friends and family top marks thanks.

From the starter Sam & Harry introduced themselves were very polite & friendly. Once they started they were very efficient got on with the job and was done in no time no mess & cleaned everything up before the left. On completion of the job Sam went through what they had done explaining everything. I was very happy with everything.

Last week, I had Terry from Warmer Solutions round to give me a quote for loft insulation. He was more than happy when I followed him into the loft, he explained what he was doing and what the results of his survey meant for me. He was happy to explain the process and very patient when it came to my asking questions. Date, time and price agreed. Today Alex and Victor both lads were polite and friendly, arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and just got on with it. Once finished, they were more than happy to show me the end result. Very tidy workers, they bagged up and removed the excess foil and re-laid the excess rock wool that was in the loft.
Thank you Terry, Alex and Victor. I can now look forward to lover heating bill. Would definitely recommend Warmer Solutions

Zac and Mark arrived spot on time. Dust covers provided to protect stair carpet. They worked tirelessly and tidily. Very pleased with the installation would fully recommend them and the company for excellent service.
