I would give 6 stars if I could. Contacted them about a problem with hot water not getting hot. Turned up same day and discovered not a boiler problem but due to shower installation and plumber allowing mixing of hot and cold water - ie nothing to do with them or boiler. Because they were able to diagnose so quickly and directly we were able to rectify same day too. Could not wish for better customer service.

Rang in the morning stating that we had drips emanating from the boiler. By midday Mark arrived and did the first part of the fix. Later that day Russ arrived and completed the full job (required a new major part).
Excellent service (and glad we are covered by a maintenance contract!). Thankyou very much Warm for Life - a great team.

I would definitely recommend Warm for Life. From the initial survey, Russ was thorough, polite, and explained what was needed for a boiler replacement and relocation from a loft to the garage. The job was done in one day to a high standard despite an unexpected need to also replace a shower (which was also done on the same day)! The process for booking and communication was easy via a website and a message number to text. I have since taken out a care plan due to the professionalism and thoroughness. Definitely recommended.

Would absolutely recommend Warm For Life. Used them for gas safety cert in my old house last year and they arrived same-day to do that. This year, they serviced the boiler in our new house and we separately needed a new part for it, which they ordered same day, it arrived the following, and they came back the following day after that to fit and fix. Absolutely 10/10 and Ricky in particular has been really great.

The company advised me when they would arrive and were on time. The guy who did the service was very couteous and made to answer whatever questions i had. The service itself was over quite quickly and i have no doubt it was done well and efficiently i have no qualms about getting the next one. Well done guys !

Mark and Russ were both very professional, they arrived on time, covered all area's where they were working, were very efficient and polite.

Sent a text message letting me know what time they would arrive and was here on time. Friendly staff, no mess, very efficient, no issues at all , recommended.

Moved my old gas cooker, which apparently caps off the gas automatically when disconnected. A five minute job. He gave me a discount as a consequence. Very grateful.
