Water Features 2 Go Reviews 

Our 50 cm sandstone ball water feature looks great. Service was really good - especially during lockdown. One slight word of warning - installation is not a DIY job for anyone! Come what may, you will probably need two people to lift the ball into position.

Very impressed with this company. I ordered an ornamental pond and stainless steel skirt to go round it at a very good price. Their communication was excellent and items arrived very quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Great service my large water feature arrived ahead of time and was placed in my back garden by the delivery man. The box had a bashed hole in it so worried me however the water feature was undamaged and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and looks stunning in situ. Brilliant communication throughout. Great buying experience. I would recommend this company for fast reliable service. Thank you

Bought a sizeable water feature online and need not have worried. The quality, service, communication, delivery was perfect. One item did not arrive Water purifier) but was quickly despatched.
I highly recommend the staff behind the scenes. Very quick to respond and kept me updated.

Very good service with ‘water features 2 go’ even though the Covid lockdown was in force. The Solstice water feature was easy to put together and looks great.

Wish I’d read these reviews prior to placing my order. Why can they not respond to enquiries regarding delivery? The ansaphone message is misleading and after multiple attempts to get an answer I’ve given up. Unlike some customers our order was only placed this month. However, when delivery is advised to be within 6-12 days you expect it to either arrive or be notified of a revised date. We have an enquiry ticket number (65921) but of little value if we don’t get a reply!

Terrible customer service! Ordered on 29th april money taken out of my account I didnt hear anything from them no email invoice nothing. Having emailed I was told this was usual on a back order! The item was due the middle of may. This date came and went I emailed several times no reply and phone message just kept saying noone is available try again later. I eventually got through and was told my item was currently on a boat being shipped and would be delivered 15th June. Date came and again heard nothing! Emailed and heard nothing and message said if you email again the message will go to the back on the queue! Finally got through on the phone today 23rd Junw and was told the item has been discontinued and it was never being shipped!! Absolutely terrible!

Ordered mid day Sunday delivered 9.00am Tuesday by friendly and very helpful courier / driver.

Absolutely disgraceful 'Customer Service! I've been waiting for a replacement pump since May 20th on my brand new item. Sadly, they are one of the few companies I have dealt with that are using Lockdown as an excuse not to to look after their customers. They refused to offer me a replacement, despite the fault occurring within 49 hours of delivery.

Not responding to any emails or phone calls, waiting 30mins then they drop the call

every other company is taking money and delivering in these times, but not water feature 2go - days for delivery and not del;ivered or communicated in 7 or 8 weeks.

its clear they are fast to take peoples molnies but are refusing to communicate with their customers including me - not a service at all- recently out of the blue, 8 days ago, a promised delivery within 2 to 3 days - really, and Im still waiting

This is a troubled, couldnt care less company - no communication - taken the money, refusing to pay back the money -refusing to delivery

you and I earn our money and like to have something in return for the £180 I have spent

this is a compnay which doesnt give two hoots and only wants your money and will deservedly go to the wall, it has no customer service or respect

it will come to some legal action plus costs for me to now recover my funds but I cannot recover the significant lost time in my garden after just retiring some weeks ago and planned for a water feature for my reitrement project

dont make the same mistake as I have, go elsewhere with your hard earned money and let this place deservedly sink and get there P45's

Absolutely fabulous service. I emailed this company to ask a question before I bought this water feature and they replied immediately.
Then when I did order it, It was delivered within the week, when I was expecting it to take longer.
Absolutely thrilled with our lovely new waterfall. I did email again to ask a question (just a general query, not a problem), and received a reply within less than 24 hrs.
I really cannot understand why anyone would give a review less than perfect for this company, especially with the current situation.
I obviously cannot speak for other people, but I would award this company 10+ stars if possible.
Would not hesitate to use them again and definitely recommend them.

I paid for a water feature that didn't know was out of stock. Took months before I finally got it, Stored in garage over Winter and on placing out in late Spring found it leaked due a small hole in an eggshell thin area at the base. After emails and a phone call was asked to submit a photo. Then told to buy some sealant and fix it myself. This water feature has a two year warranty and. All they did was to say it is not covered under strict company policy giving various natural occurrences and mistreatment as not being covered by the warranty. Disgraceful.
They say they have a marvellous record of happy customers, well here is one very unhappy one.

I feel I have to write this as I am so disappointed in the service we have received from this company. On Sunday 24th May we ordered a water features kit costing over £500. The website stated 3-6 days delivery. After 6 days of hearing nothing and understanding that the current covid situation may affect these times I emailed twice for an update but had no reply although the recorded message when phoning advises an answer within 24 hours. On monday 8th June I finally managed to speak to Laura who apologised and said it would be dispatched this week and we would receive an email as to when. Nothing. Rang again Monday to now be told the delay was because they were waiting for a correct sized grille (although the website gives the impression it is sold as a kit) Chased again Wednesday 10th that with this particular feature they only had damaged stock although the website at this point said they were available to order. They offered £100 off their 'least damaged' item and sent it for approval by email. The damage was a large chunk missing from the top which would be very noticeably visible. At this point we asked for a full refund. I feel we have been totally misled by different excuses and would certainly not recommend this company for a purchase of any kind. We have since ordered very simply from a different company. It is not so much the waiting time but the bad level of service that frustrates and disappoints us.

What an appalling company. I spent the best part of £400 on a water feature, it arrived in a box so badly damaged it was obvious the contents would also be damaged. I marked the delivery note accordingly, took lots of photos and sent them off. A week later I had a reply asking for photos. Sent them again. Now I have been told I have to arrange a courier (and insurance) to take it back to Manchester AT MY OWN COST if I want a refund. Disgusted. Take my advice, if you want a water feature buy it somewhere else.

Wish I had read the reviews on this site before purchasing. Delivered a 260kg birdbath, one man delivery. Left it on a pallet in my drive as pallet could not get through side gate. So left with a package I was unable to move off my driveway. Had to find a courier and pay to unpack and move into my garden. DIY2go were very unhelpful. It should have been a two man delivery.

This company is not even worthy of a star. Doesn't know the meaning of breaking someones heart and the stress and anxiety they cause!! I bought a fountain £500 for a memorial garden which I desperately need for the end of this month. I received it and to my dismay the fountain is faulty as the water pump is not working and there is no trap door. Spoke to Louise and Laura was given a ticket number and that was the end of it. Despite repeated emails being sent as advised on their telephone message system, sadly, no one from the company has had the courtesy or bothered to email me or call me with regards to sending over a new replacement fountain. THIS MATTER HAS BEEG GOING ON SINCE MID MAY!! I am already heartbroken at the thought of losing a loved one and then have someone do this to you is devastating. I have been calling everyday and constantly receive messages saying they are extremely busy - wait time is over 30 mins and on some occasions no response at all. It was a very expensive purchase and a lot of convincing and am devastated and heartbroken crying myself to sleep everyday

Communication is zero and do not bother trying to ring them

If I could award negative stars I would.. Please do not buy from this company! They have held £299 of my money since 28/4/20 despite the solar water feature I ordered being continually unavailable!
I requested to cancel the order on 24/5/20 and a member of staff told me she would arrange a refund, but that has not happened! I am a pensioner and can not afford to lose £299 just like that.
I have messaged the company several times but received no satisfactory reply and their telephone lines remain unanswered.
How people like this can sleep at night astounds me..

I would not use this company, they don't return emails. Can not give delivey date, do not answer the telephone. On the web site they say they are open and working, and deliveries are still being done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't not get impressed by the web site.
