I bought a solar powered pump for a water feature I was building. I rang before I bought it to check the pump dimensions etc and got through immediately and the staff were very knowledgable about the products.
The pump was delivered quickly and although it was fine at first I had some problems with the solar panel. When I rang customer services they were very helpful and immediately emailed trouble shooting tips. When these didn’t work they sent a replacement panel which arrived the next day.
Very happy.

Purchased a "Garda waterfall" with neon lights about a year ago, but the transformer failed. Contacted Waterfeatures2go to see if they could provide a replacement, not only did they replace it in just a couple of days, but they SENT IT FREE, what a great firm to deal with..

They couldn't have been more helpful and communication was excellent. Best service I have received for a long time. Even the carrier they used called me and updated me before my order was delivered.

My husband bought me a beautiful terracotta water feature for my birthday. We went on holiday and on our return one of the little pots had a crack in it. I emailed to purchase another little pot and received a reply immediately. Day after another email to let me know I would receive it the following day. Next day as promised I received a new little pot free of charge. Customer service is second to none. I particularly liked the personal emails. Big thumbs up for ***** service. Thank you.

From sales to after sales service, customer service is brilliant

Judging by some of the plaudits here for Laura, one could almost think they had been written by Laura's chums. Avoid this company. We ordered a water feature on line in late April; it arrived damaged (and had obviously been packed damaged) a few days later. The company were mailed straight away informing them that the product was not fit for purpose. An e-mail reply was then received from Laura asking for photographs; fair enough..photos sent together with a request for a full refund in keeping with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. An automated reply came back explaining their 'returns policy'. According to them, the product had to be returned, in a saleable condition, at our expense. Mmm, afraid not Laura; any return policy claiming goods are to be returned at the customer's expense only relates to where the customer has changed their mind about the goods ordered, not where there is a problem with the goods themselves. A further e-mail was sent to Laura pointing this out, asking again for a refund and for the company to arrange collection of the product. Thus began the attempted run around by way of the same automated reply. We then sent a recorded delivery letter to the company requesting a full refund within 10 days and stating an intention to sue otherwise. No response was forthcoming so a claim was lodged with the small claims court service. A cheque was duly received for the full refund plus costs. The cheque was not accompanied by anything else, let alone an apology (as if) Just a few points here; don't deal with this company in the first place. If you do, and there is a problem, they will blithely ignore any consumer protection legislation presumably hoping that the customer will roll over, make them a present of the cost of their shoddy goods, and write the episode off as a bad debt. Don't let them get away with it. Don't engage with the run around; tell them what you want and why. Lastly, don't hesitate to sue when they default.

Great customer service- good communication and updates. Delivery a bit on the slow side but still good service.

I purchased an oxygenator and a small component was missing. I sent an email and a replacement was in the post immediately. How's that for customer service! Laura you are a customer service superstar! I'm so pleased with your outstanding communication skills and attention to even the smallest details. Just how customer service should be. Water Features 2 Go are an excellent company. Not only did our feature arrive very promptly, but they were very quick to respond to any queries and to resolve any issues. When we requested more pebbles to go round the feature, they were also very quick to arrive. I could not fault this company and would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality water feature in their garden.

Great customer service 10 out of 10 resolved the problem with no fuss would buy from them again.

In June, 2016, I ordered a blue, cascading terracotta water feature from this company. The solar panel didn't work, so the company replaced it. It looked good and worked very well. Three days ago, when the weather in St Andrews was excellent, I took the Winter cover off the water feature to find that the large bottom container had broken into 3 parts. The company claim a 2 year warranty on their products, so I contacted them for a replacement to be told that not only did they not have any spare blue bowls but their warranty does not cover frost damage. One would have thought that terracotta was frost resistant, because it certainly hasn't been a hard Winter here, but since most of their products are destined for the garden, it seems crazy that frost is not covered by their "2 year warranty." What is the warranty for? Be warned and do not buy products from this company if they are likely to be hit by frost. Our feature was even covered for heavens sake and did not contain water, since we had emptied it for the Winter. Be warned!

Although we received the item and there was a crack in it - the customer service I received was excellent and this is a credit to Laura who dealt with the problem and we received a replacement the next day.

We purchased a Granite water feature from these guys back in August 2017. One of the LED light rings stopped working. I emailed the support team around 7pm to report the issue and sent photos. By 9am the next morning I’d received a reply from Laura saying my replacement was in the post for next day delivery. Refreshingly excellent customer service. Thanks Laura and the team.
