I am in the process of undertaking a deep clean of my Koi Pond, Today while testing my Oase PondVac I found the inlet and outlet Pipes had perished. Needing this item to extract that last of the water from the bottom of my 3000 gallon pond I needed to find some replacement parts quickly. Did a quick search on Google for a company not too far away and contact Water Gardening Direct Limited. The Person who answered the phone was very easy too talk too, informative and extremely professional. I was told they had the items in stock and so the order was placed for next day delivery. Having put the phone down, my brain kicked in and I called back and said, “ Can I collect” This was not an issue and so an hour later, I was standing in their showroom and had the items collected. Such an easy transaction. These guys will become my no.1 go to dealer. Superb Customer Service

Just received my bio smart 36000 filter, excellent next day delivery and over £50 cheaper than on Amazon.
I will be checking them out again next time I need stuff for my pond.

Ordered a solar water feature on Thursday with free delivery within 5-7 days. Product came next day by 11.00 a.m. at no extra charge. Easy to install and works perfectly. Well packaged and really pleased with the product. Excellent service all round and would definitely recommend to anyone. Would use this company again.

Had to replace my Hozelock Bioforce Revolution 14000 Pond Filter. They were the cheapest and delivery via DPD was fine.

Needed to refurbish my Oase 15000 filter system. Called and spoke to a knowledgeable member of staff who confirmed all the parts I needed. Prices were reasonable. Delivery was quick. Parts were genuine new Oase. Excellent service, will use again.

My filter broke and I contacted quite a few companies trying to find a part. I emailed them and got a call-back. They had the part and gave me some great advice. I can't recommend this company enough. Helpful, well stocked and superb customer service. I'll always go to them first if I need something. This is how customer service should be!

Recently bought a new pump for my water feature and some flexible hose.After ordering online I found I had not ordered enough so gave them a call to amend the order the very polite gentleman on the phone said that wasn't a problem and included the extra bit FOC now that's what I call excellent customer service thank you very much

Bought a set of Martello solar powered lights 4 pack. Very quick service and product box was very strong as it contained glassware. Excellent price and even with postage price very competitive with other online establishments. Solar powered lights had plastic spike but aluminium body and glass. Very chunky, not pencil thin, hence looks robust. Also for the price a large light compared to others similarly priced. Bought them because of their brightness.

An excellent company. I purchased some beautiful solar lights which arrived quickly. Unfortunately one light had a problem with the switch. This was replaced immediately. Thank you, great customer service. Will definitely be using when I dig my new pond.

Brilliant service. Very helpful staff. I ordered replacement parts for my Oase filter but one part was out of stock. I received a phone call apologising for the delay and the item actually arrived just a day or so later.

The sign of a good company is customer service and this company certainly provides excellent customer service.

As I had done in earlier years, I ordered new UV tubes from this company a couple of weeks ago. One tube failed within a short time and I advised Water Gardening Direct by email. I fitted the spare which I'd also ordered and that too failed which pointed me to the fact that the tubes were not at fault but that the device had failed. I told this to WGD who, nevertheless, emailed me their apologies and a credit voucher even though their products had not been faulty. First class service and a great way to treat an occasional customer. I recommend this firm without reservation.
