Great product with excellent after sale service

Dealt with WaterRower UK for several years from original purchase to buying spares and accessories - excellent service on every occassion.

Very fast delivery. Not very helpful for another part that my dog ate! Told me I had to buy the complete HR kit. Found the part in a local electrical shop for £5

Water Rower 15 years old with series 3 monitor - had to buy new glue and that worked no probs. The monitor seems to be totally out of time and distance though - average 7:31 on concept 2 and 10 mins on the water rower so not sure what that's about

Telephoned to order some replacement seat guide wheels, young lady advised me of part number required, but I then had to manually order myself on their website.

Ordering was simple parts arrived quickly.

Very good, quick delivery, which is needed when an exercise machine is in use. Only flaw, which was probably me was :- I finished up ordering 4 guide wheels for seat rather than wheel that the seat rolls on.
Otherwise very easy to use and order.

The water drum arrived damaged, need to wait another week for it to be delivered. It was clearly packed damaged as the packaging had no signs of any damaging. It’s a very expensive purchase, you’d think more care would be taken.

It’s 23:00 on the 22nd June. STILL no replacement part....
23rd June - still no communication from Waterrrower
24th June - still no communication or replacement
9.30am 25th June, still no replacement or actually any communication from Waterrower.......

I need to replace the tacho belt on my machine. Ordered 2 and they arrived within a couple of days. The online guide made fitting the new one really easy. Top stuff and back rowing again.

The options are buy the glue or buy a new tank. The glue is not cheap and only lasts for a couple of years despite following the instructions to the letter and being an engineer. There must be a better product out there, and for less. Most of the 2 part adhesives we use in work last a lifetime and cost about £14 + VAT (and these are the more expensive ones). I don't mind paying for quality but I slightly resent paying £25 for a glue that doesn't last.

Quick and efficient replacement of worn part

Product arrived in very good time. Packaged very well. However some of the screw holes not drilled through which suggests a quality control issue. Once assembled with the aid of a very good help video the rower is making a persistent rubbing noise which none of the suggested work/arounds solve. For such an expensive bit of kit it is very disappointing.

I have been dealing with them for ten years now and buy spares mostly. They always arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

I ordered my rower directly from Water Rower and it was delivered on time. I previously had a Concept 2 Rower for over a decade, this is a good machine. However in my humble opinion the Water Rower is more efficient tn terms of the workout and calories burnt. I sweat buckets after each use of the Water Rower, the same can not be said when I was using the Concept 2.
