Fast & easy! Quick delivery, everything OK.

Always great service and fast turn around.

We needed a replacement handle assembly for our Original WaterRower. At first we received the bolt on rather than Velcro version. They provided quick exchange. Replacement price is reasonable and fitting is straightforward.

Very expensive parts replacement

I needed a 'Dual pin adjustable footpad set' but Living in Spain at the moment I was Initially put onto the Spanish agent and they took two days to respond and came back with a price including delivery of €36.30 which was nearly four times the Uk price of £10 inc delivery. When I complained about the highly inflated price they dropped the total cost to €25.17 but still 2.5 times the UK price. In the end I ordered the part in the UK and managed to get a friend to bring it out to me in Spain. Clearly WaterRower uk need to appoint agents in Spain that are going to charge a similar amount to the UK or they will never do any business.....a little more for postage maybe but not double the UK cost.

I love, love, love this machine!! My fitness has improved so much since using this every day. I purchased it directly through the company and they were great to deal with. I also love how easy it is to move around. I can use it in any room I want. It is such a great machine I'm so happy with my purchase.

I run a fitness class and use Water Rowers. They are great pieces of kit to be honest one of the main things that my clients like about the class is the Water Rowers. They look great and are a pleasure to row on.

I’ve had my trusty WaterRower for about 15 years. I was concerned when one of the heel rests recently broke (wore out, really). I couldn’t find the part on the WaterRower website and feared that I mat have to replace a large part, possibly the whole foot-assembly. I emailed customer services with my serial number and some photos. Within a day I had an email back with a link to the page to order the part. £10 including postage - the part is actually a slightly improved design and is now all fitted and working. Fantastic service, really looking after their existing customers.

Very good service and speedy delivery. I purchased blue water dye for the water tank this time. I only gave 4 stars because I think the product is over priced. Service can't be faulted.

I have sent a few emails to WaterRower and got no response from them for almost 2 weeks. Poor customers services received. And my purchased item was still missing with no updates from them for 2 weeks.

I bought this for my husband's 70th birthday and he is really enjoying using it. It is elegant looking and the sloshing noise the water makes as you row adds to the feeling that you could almost be rowing down a river.

The actual product is fantastic, fits in with my furniture nicely, stores away well and the noise it does make is quite therapeutic while actively getting fit. The 3 stars come from the delivery, I understand Waterrower use a 3rd party to do this, unfortunately I had to chase this up every step of the way due to the lack of communication from them to the point they confirmed when this wold be delivered during the time window it was coming, luckily I was home, highly recommend the Rower but just be mindful this took close to 3 weeks to be delivered.
