Solid good looking equipment. Great customer service and fast delivery. Although a bolt was missing, they replaced this quickly! Would recommend.

Customer service from WaterRower UK has been absolutely excellent. I now have the Performance Erg which is highly recommended and it's very smart in walnut. I made the purchase after using a relative's WaterRower several times recently.

The products themselves are of excellent quality and this is supported by great, attentive customer service. They are very quick to respond and ensure any issues are dealt with to your highest satisfaction. A real pleasure to deal with this company and its staff.

I recently purchased a WaterRower and, although it arrived with a few minor surface scratches (likely from delivery), the customer service from Samantha and Zarah was outstanding. Samantha called me in under an hour of raising the issue, and they resolved it quickly, fairly, and with full respect for my time. A smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish!

Welcomed at their service centre both on delivery and pick up of the water rower and also followed up with a personalised email.
An extra request to replace a lost tank bung and ask for more tank cleansing tablets was dealt with by friendly professional service

I have used the Water Rower for about 4 years now, several times a week. It is a delight to use; the sound of the water is so relaxing, and time seems to pass so quickly when I’m on it ….…….

Unlike most rowing machines which one finds in a gym my water rower, made of attractive, finished wood, is a good-looking item of furniture in the house and does not stand out merely as a piece of gym equipment.

Over the last four years or so I’ve hardly had any need of any maintenance, (but it does require water purification tablets from time to time).

The support from the website and the office is second to none. One of the team, Samantha, has been so helpful in the last few days; she resolved my problem in 24 hours. Great service, and a lovely bit of kit.

Fantastic customer service. Monitor wouldn’t switch on after rower had been in storage. Sent to waterrower and was soldered, returned, within 2 working days. Cheap service and really good communication from Zarah. Top company.

Most companies really don’t like you turning up at their warehouse asking for help but not Waterrower. Very helpful resolving an issue I had fitting a spare wheel. Now I’m back on the gorgeous machine. Thanks so much to the team.

Great company. I own a fabulous bike from them. I wanted a laptop holder in Oak. I ordered one and found out that it was out of stock afterwards. I contacted them and they very kindly offered to let me have any of the other laptop holders if I so chose. Really great in their responsiveness. Excellent customer service. Nithini is a star!

I already have a Waterrower which I can’t fault, it’s great. So when my physiotherapist suggested I get a balance ball I decided to get a Waterrower/NOHRD Viva Ball even though it’s considerably more expensive than comparable products elsewhere. The fabric cover is great and it has a handy strap attached by velcro to lift it with. My only gripe is that the ball isn’t weighted so doesn’t sit straight up, as shown on the website and rolls. It’s a pity as this spoils what is otherwise a very good piece of equipment.

Excellent Customer Service throughout from ordering a spare part for the monitor (we broke the supporting tube and were able to purchase a new tube and back casing without having to replace the whole monitor) to getting advice on re-installing the monitor and then, further advice when the monitor wouldn't work which we eventually tracked down to loose wires. Really helpful comments with supporting links and videos to clarify various manoeuvres. Also, very responsive to emails. A pleasure to deal with.

First time dealing with WaterRower, getting parts fixed and replaced with the company. They were extremely helpful, and knew what they were talking about. Along with sending helpful instructional videos. (would have be lost without them) Delivery was quick and kept me updated.
