We turned up on a busy Saturday with no appointment but the sales team were only too pleased to fit us in. Richard took time going through our options and even sorted an immediate test drive. We purchased anEX40 and are very pleased with it. Thanks to Rich and the team for making the whole process so painless.

Excellent customer service, nearly new PS2 purchased with the minimum of fuss and delivered to my door inside 10days. Great feedback throughout the process from Tom May to keep me informed on progress and push the deal along, couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I purchased a used car from Waylands Volvo Swindon. I'm really happy with the car and it was just what I needed. There was a little issue with it post purchase but the sales manager Ollie Webb and Aaron Mather, the used car controller, really sorted it out promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Hands down, really decent chaps and would recommend a getting a car from them again.

All the staff i dealt with at Waylands were friendly, professional and straightforward. I felt I was getting a fair deal on my car purchase and trade-in.

After 40 years of driving, Waylands Honda Cardiff are without doubt the worst garage I have ever dealt with. Lack of knowledge amongst staff, both mechanics and clerical, is laughable. Couldn't find fault I reported and told to 'keep an eye on it'! Will now have to take to a proper garage!

Harry made contact beforehand and arrived to collect the car on time. Discussed various issues which ge relayed to the technician personally.
Brought it back and went through the paperwork and findings with me .

Broke my car during service and denied responsibility.

I took my Kia EV9 in for a service. Upon driving it away, there was a noticeable whistling noise coming from the nearside. This ultimately led to the windscreen trim flying off on a dual carriageway. Waylands refused to even entertain my complaint, dismissing it out of hand, but said they would fit a new trim but charge for it.

Don't trust these people. In summary, car went in OK. Car came out broken. Slopey shouldered Waylands refused to admit responsibility. I will never use them again.

I did vow not to afford any more time to this company, but I cannot leave their disingenuous response to the above unchallenged.

Firstly, the part was not broken when I took it in for a service. It was only found to be broken after it was returned. Secondly, you state that this part wasn't touched during the service, but one element of the service was to remove the complete dashboard. Given the exterior trim that broke is part of the windscreen and the dashboard and windscreen are in very close proximity, it would have been broken during this procedure. I have found your whole attitude obstructive and unhelpful. I like to conduct myself with fairness and truthfulness, neither quality that Waylands possesses.

Harry was especially professional and courteous a great asset to Wayland's.

I generally dislike visiting car showrooms, but my experience at Waylands was genuinely excellent, thanks entirely to Richard. He was knowledgeable, unhurried, and easy to deal with throughout — the sort of experience that makes one reconsider the usual reluctance to set foot in a dealership.

We had a great experience with Waylands Volvo Gloucester. Quinn and Katie were both fantastic to deal with, and we’re really happy with our new Volvo EX30. Highly recommend!

On the day of collection of our XC90 the service from Jed and the team (James and Shubi) was excellent. A significant amount of time was taken to ensure that we were satisfied with the car/set up all connectivity and also to explain the hybrid engine which was new to us. We would highly recommend Waylands Volvo.
