On the day of collection of our XC90 the service from Jed and the team (James and Shubi) was excellent. A significant amount of time was taken to ensure that we were satisfied with the car/set up all connectivity and also to explain the hybrid engine which was new to us. We would highly recommend Waylands Volvo.

Bought a XC60 from Waylands. The car was in Newbury but the Gloucester branch had it delivered to them within 24 hours with no obligation. Emma made the purchase very easy and we are very pleased with the car.

At all stages the staff were helpful, polite & friendly. In particular, Jenna the receptionist provided updates throughout the day & Harry the driver who collected & returned my car gave full explanation of the process. I was very pleased and happy with the service in all respects. Will be back next year.

The service I received was very good, very professional. Communication with Quin was very good during and after purchasing the car. They were very accommodating with handover and test drives. Very happy with the car.

I recently made the transition from a diesel Mercedes to an all-electric Volvo, which was a huge decision for me. I had spent most of this year researching and looking at different makes of electric cars, so I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice.

My son lives in Bristol and told me about the Volvo garage, so we decided to have a look. I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady, who then introduced me to Jon Green.

Jon was extremely pleasant, approachable and informative. He took the time to explain everything about the car I was interested in and, in particular, the lease deal. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions clearly. I felt so comfortable with him that I made my decision there and then — something I certainly wasn't expecting to do that day!

While I was waiting for my new car, Jon was always responsive whenever I had any concerns or questions. On 15th August, he also made the handover of the car very smooth and completely stress-free.

It was a real pleasure to meet Jon, and I couldn't be happier with my new Volvo. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for a new car. His friendly, professional and helpful approach made the whole experience a pleasure.

The pick up of my vehicle was on time and conducted by an extremely friendly, informative and courteous gentleman (Phil). I was notified of my car’s safe arrival at the garage. I was again notified when the service was complete and the outcome and when the car would be delivered home. The car was delivered home by Phil in a gleaming state. What excellent service.

I purchased a 2026 XC40 Ultra and dealt with Jed Lisiecki in Reading. He was a pleasure to deal with and he quickly answered any queries I had. We were coming across from NI to collect the car, so it was important that we knew exactly what the car was like. Jed took a very detailed video and sent it to me within an hour of my first query about the car. Buying the car was a great experience from beginning to end, thanks to Jed. I made a point of only dealing with Jed when I made the final purchase.

After booking a test drive at Waylands Honda, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol for a test drive of a Honda E.....Arrived after a 30 mile drive out only to be told that a test drive was impossible unless we agreed to buy the vehicle first....What's the point booking a test drive, spending 1.5Hrs driving to get this terrible behaviour.....Emailed Simon Bishop GM as well

Recently purchased a 1yr old XC40 from Waylands Bristol. Having had encounters with various salespeople across various other businesses in the proceeding months during our research on a new car, meeting Tom at Waylands was refreshing. He gauged what information we wanted and gave us it so we could decide what best suited, even giving advice on certain things that probably weren't worth it. Obviously the business strategy is for the long-game of repeat custom, over trying up upsell at every opportunity.

I don't think I have ever met a salesman as knowledgeable and helpful as Jed at Waylands Volvo in Reading.

Great car collected and returned to me same day by a lovey guy called Harry. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! The service team were also helpful and sorted things to fit around my needs
