WHAT A WELL OF A SERVICE
Parcel came very well packed in bubble wrap, with NO damage. Order was spot on with only one item short of the full total which I am hoping will be refunded back to my account. parcel arrived well on time and was delivered to the rear of the property where I had stated. Overall I received an excellent service, and would use Well Pharmacy Again.

On the whole Well pharmacy is good
On the whole Well pharmacy is good, but something went wrong in my ordering of my prescription in that it went to the local hub and some items have been sent through the mail. I am still waiting for the restvtobturn up another 9 items, some of which are controlled drugs. I am not happy about them being sent through the mail, which is not efficient. Would rather they were sent to my local shop where they send them out to the house which is a lot more convenient.

Some prescriptions we dispense through the hub, the hub is used by our digital pharmacy and also our well pharmacy stores across the country. The hub dispenses alot of the common medications. For prescriptions that contain more complex medication such as controlled drugs; these are processed and dispensed by our pharmacy team. If there are other items on the same prescription as the controlled drug will be dispensed manually by the team also.
If you are signed up to our digital pharmacy; we are an online delivery service and we dispense prescriptions and deliver using Royal Mail. If you feel this service is not suitable for you and wish to change pharmacies and close your account then please email us at hello@well.co.uk and our team can assist further.

I have eight items to collect. Your system insist on breaking them up ino parcels - with a different arrangement each time. So, I never know what is coming or when, and I have several times run out of an item I need.
I am thinking of going back to the old surgery delivery.

We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding our online delivery service We understand how frustrating it is when your items are split into multiple deliveries and understand this can make it difficult to track.
We upload prescriptions to patients account using the unique prescription code we are provided with by your surgery. We do endeavour to send orders together, however there is a risk of them being dispatched separately when we receive separate prescriptions from the surgery. Your GP issues your items across 4 prescriptions.
When a prescription is loaded onto the account we send out an email to confirm what that prescription is for and this applies to the dispatch email too; notifying you what has been dispatched.
Some items may take longer than others depending on the nature of the item and if it has been ordered in, the pharmacy will then send out other prescriptions in the meantime if they are ready to be dispatched.

Having checked this we can confirm that we did receive 2 prescriptions for you for the same medication that your GP signed off on 07/07 and another on the 09/07. It looks like the GP had issued the medication twice.
You will have received an email from us regarding each of these to request you to complete the checkout. If one of your prescriptions is not required then we would advise you get in touch with us at hello@well.co.uk and our team can ensure that it is cancelled. We are a patient-led service and deal with a large number of prescriptions per day and it is not possible for our team to monitor prescriptions that are sent over so we would encourage you to let us know if something is not right on your account and our team can then resolve this.

Slow delivery.
The delivery of my meds is very sporadic. I have PPMS which affects my cognitive process. This means I may leave it until the last minute before I order more tablets. The delivery can take upto 1 week which can cause a problem. I'm unsure whether click and collect would be better but as I cant walk it may be a problem.

As prescriptions need to be ordered in advance of at least 10 days; this is to allow our timescales which are up to 7 working days. It may be better option for you to have your prescriptions dispensed and delivered by a local pharmacy who can closely monitor your prescriptions to ensure they are requested in enough time for them to be dispensed and delivered. Please contact your nearest pharmacy to discuss with them further. If you have any concerns please reach to your surgery who can support further ensuring that your prescriptions are set up in a more suitable way for you.
