Used WPL for lanyards a few times. No issues with the product and they arrive within the specified time. A good website to use and will use again.

This company went above and beyond to help print a single lanyard to help my son with his GCSE work. Extremely grateful for Charlotte and Rachel for all of their efforts. The lanyard arrived on express delivery and looks absolutely perfect. Very grateful.

Great experience! I ordered myself a new ID card and it got delivered the next day which I didn't expect at all so I got surprised a bit. The quality is perfect and I see no issues at all. Overall very pleasant experience so I really recommend this business!

AVOID! Disgusting customer service! Their lanyard quality is embarrassing to be worn! We ordered large a quantity and we used the colour tool on their website to make our order, their tool is evidently unreliable and we ended up having a different colour. They continued to ignore our emails and refused to provide a viable solution and we had to revert to the Ombudsman Services who will be investigating their misconduct

Very unreliable and bad customer service, the company is a scam and they will try to rip you off. Thank god I managed not to do business with them. Avoid these dodgy guys.

Very unprofessional and provocative customer service. They never respond to your emails and the quality of items is simply really bad. I would advise you to find another compnay

Given a date for dispatch and had no communication so emailed and they have pushed back the dispatch date without communication or asking if this was OK prior. Not good when this is for a charity and you are expecting stock sample.

I would avoid these at all costs! If your lanyards arrive with the design bleeding into the white areas don't expect a reprint or a refund they basically fob you off.

I quote what emma said to us from weprintlanyards 'I've seen a lot worse' so basically it doesn't matter if they are in the wrong they've seen worse so i should just accept my lanyards that have bleeding in them which we wasn't at any point told would happen!

They also state about there proof terms and conditions which also doesn't state anything to do with bleeding I don't quite think they actually know how to run a business as I am a customer and they should clearly see our lanyards have bleeding on them I didn't order them to have them on them so why should I be happy they have arrived like that?

They did offer a 25% off if we wanted them reprinted, why would a company offer a percentage off if they think they've done nothing wrong? Surely if they've done nothing wrong they would simply not offer any discount

Much better than I expected for the price, ordered Tuesday, delivered Wednesday. High quality, reasonable price, speedy delivery and no minimum order quantity.

I found WePrintLanyards to be excellent. The website a little clunky and does not look great but the customer services over the phone and communicated after i ordered was excellent.

They sent me a photo of a sample print at my request and gave feedback of the quality of the graphics before printing.

Every step of the way you could track and the arrived exactly within the specified delivery time.

I recently made an order for some production samples, and the team bent over backwards to make sure the lanyards I received were as-designed (I can be picky), and of the best possible quality - even for my small order!

Support over the phone is excellent, with a proactive team dealing with queries, and an online tracking system used that is intuitive and effective. Specific comments are made by the design team as to how the lanyard will look when printed, and it’s simple to make amendments to, approve a design, and track an order.

If only I could give more stars. I had a small order, but that didn't prevent them from giving me excellent (and I really mean excellent) customer service. They noticed that some of the wording wouldn't print clearly, so instead of printing, they let me know! Brilliant. I'm now sitting wearing my very smart, clean, bright (perfect) company lanyard. They communicated so well with me, I cannot thank them enough. Highly, highly recommended!
