Chris Zimmeran is a great sales person should ask for him when purchasing a car. Wesly was also a great fiancial person helped us as well. This was our first time purchasing a car and it was a great experience. I'am very satisfied with my Purchase (Honda Accord Crosstour 2010) thanks to them!

I use the term always very loosely being that I have only had two dealings with WC Honda in the last 3.5 years but they have both been amazing, EXTREMELY easy interactions. The first Honda I bought new in 2012. Patrick had it running and waiting for me to get into and drive away when I got there. And this last month I purchased a 2015 Crosstour and that experience was EXTREMELY easy as well. There was no haggling. I got out of there with no down payment and a payment about $11 more than my current monthly payment. I know without a doubt that I was very upside down in the Accord but someone worked magic on the numbers. Randy shared that he was new to the business and that we were his first sale of the month. He was honest about answers that he was unsure of and sought out a more seasoned sales person for the correct information. Every person at this dealer is genuinely friendly, the up sell process in the finance dept is not pushy and Joe did a great job (even though we had him there about 45 minutes past closing time) he was very friendly and professional like all of the other staff. So my "Always" which equate to my two personal experiences have been phenomenal.

Go see Nelson for your questions and concerns. He is one of the best sales guy i have met. This place has one of the best staff. Mike goes above and beyond, and Nelson is most honest and understanding person. They work with you like no other place. No pushy sales, no lies, no hidden agendas. Great dealership. James listened to my hot buttons and my needs. Purchased a new car for my son and the orchestra was flawless in moving me out the door with the car in a timely manner. Two weeks later, decided I should trade mine in for a new car. Shorter time frame, same excellent service and movement through the process. I've now paid both first payments and am still thrilled with the service and attentiveness I received throughout the new car buying process x 2!

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot at Wesley Chapel Honda. Our sales person James Laguna was wonderful. He was very courteous, and followed up with us within minutes of filling out the online form. If you went to Wesley Chaple Honda in the past and didn't have a fantastic experience, you are not alone! But let me tell you, they have really stepped it up a notch! When you find the right salesman your whole experience changes! My husband and I bought/leased new cars back in December and we worked with Tony. I hate car shopping and wasn't seriously in the market but he made it as painless as possible and even pleasent! So of you're even considering a new/used car, do yourself a favor and check them out!

Awesome service! Associate DeVaughn Johnson helped me as soon as I pulled up. Informed him of what kind of car, what I was wanting to pay monthly and it was done. No hassle or argument. Mr. Johnson took care of me. Exactly what I expected coming from Honda.

Wasn't even half way out my car before these clowns were asking me if i would trade in my car when i was only there for my mother getting her an already approved loan at x amount. No car was showed to us and they immediately tried to upsale a different loan to my mother when she already had a loan ready to be processed and agreed upon. Horrible service, greedy salesman that couldn't sale a free car, save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

Per Honda usual, the service at this dealership is impeccable. Mistankingly made my appointment for the wrong day, showed up, and the accommodated me even though it was at the end of the day. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and my car was also washed.

We were taken right in at our appointment time for service. Air conditioner issue was diagnosed and fixed the same day. We were kept informed throughout and the final bill was the same as their estimate. While work was being done, we utilized the courtesy van service to go to lunch. The van service was prompt and friendly. Overall, very happy with the service experience.

I dropped the car off before taking my kids to school. By the time I was done, the car was ready and waiting.

I took my car to Honda Wesley Chapel for an oil change . I asked if they had availability and was told there was only two cars in front of me. After an hour and a half I asked about the status and was told the car was almost done. After another half hour I again inquired and was told that the car was ready. Another 30 minutes past and I had to inquire again as I stood waiting for the car. I finally paid the cashier and was told the keys were in my car. I got to my car and the keys were not in the car. I had to go back into the service center and inquire and was told that maybe the cashier had them. After some time past it was discovered my keys were left on an employees desk and another customer picked them up and took them home. My key chain is large and distinctive however the keys should never have been left in a place for another customer to pick them up. They tried to rationalize that these things happen and even some people have even driven away in some one else's car. That is totally unacceptable for a large dealership not to have tighter control keys and cars. The service director did listen to my issue and complaint and did try to help rectify as best as possible. I am writing this to ensure this experience does not happen again to another customer that entrusts their vehicle with this dealership.

"Our Technicians are factory trained so you can feel confident in the service you will receive" <<< That is wrong. For the third time going there to get my car serviced, they tell me something wrong with my car other than the actual issue with my car and I end up spending more. I noticed they also miss a lot of things during their point inspection. The issue they should have detected long ago was just brought up on my recent visit.

This was our 2nd time to Wesley Chapel, Only needed a oil change and they did it right away, no waiting around to make a appointment, service advisor went over everything that was done and any question on things to be done down the road. Very knowledgeable personnel and very friendly. We are new to Florida and am happy to find a Honda dealer that we can trust.

Bought a 2015 Honda Fit and salesman had it cleaned and spiffed up by service department. Car was shinny and ready to go when I picked up.
I've not had service done there as yet other than this but i will let it be known what kind I do get when I take it in.
