I can't complaint at all about the great services that I always received every time that I take my car for Services. Tito Guzman is always the one that help me out, he always make sure that every thing that I request for my car i get it done. I really recommend this dealer to any one.

Super friendly people and very organized service!!

I brought my 2014 Odyssey in for my first oil change and dealt with my service man Stacey Dahlen. Car was ready in about 45 minutes after the free wash. Stacey let me know that they found a CV boot leaking and that it needed replacing. My warranty covers this, so no problem. Part is on order.. Wesley Chapel Honda has a good man in Stacey. Thanks for the quick and honest work.

Tito in the service department helped us from start to finish, hondaland Wesly Chapel should be luck to have such a great employee! We even had to return the car, and the service was just as wonderful. I'll be going there for years to come!! Thanks again Tito.

The service department is great. They don't try to get you to change parts unless you absolutely need to. They accepted coupons from other places too. Very friendly and helpful.

I went to the dealership for a service repair on my Honda Odyssey Elite. The service advisor was beyond amazing! However, I wanted to purchase a new Honda Civic Ex - L with Navigation and that is when the experience dramatically changed. Sorry we don't have the vehicle you want please go to our sister store in Tampa?!!!?! No numbers until I finally raised enough of a fuss. Then the service advisor gave me the sheet of paper with the numbers on it!!! The salesman didn't and I never even seen the manager!!! Very disappointed and trust me I'll be telling everyone that I know about how horrible of a sales experience it was.

I called to get the price of having a electronic key made and was given a price.
When I got the bill they added another $13.25 for an environmental fee. To my knowledge there is no environmental impact on having keys made. They said they charge everybody that fee. I should have been told up front the fee was to be added.

They offer different service levels and with the service level i was quoted for my vehicle, it included a car wash. However when i picked up my car, it wasn't washed. Not that its a big deal, but if a package includes certain services, I expect those services.

Every visit for my vehicle's maintenance has been handled quickly and efficiently and I have utmost trust in them.

Today, I went to this location for the first time. I had and excellent experience. Tito Guzman educated me on the services that needed to be done to my Honda Accord which I appreciate since I don't have much knowledge on cars. Overall, the service was done quickly and with no hassle. I would recommend Tito Guzman and also this dealership for all the services your car may need.

They are great. I trust them to tell me the truth and handle my car quickly. I am really picky about things being done right and not spending money I don't have to so that is saying a lot.

I have really come to appreciate a service center that is happy to maintain my vehicle and work within my budget without pressuring me to buy things that I did not need. Mike Camerino never pressures me to buy anything and only informs me on upcoming maintenance that my vehicle will need. Wesley Chapel Honda is a service center that I feel comfortable sending not only my wife but also my grandmother to without hesitation because I know that Mike Camerino will take care of them.

Appreciated the fast service, enjoyed the great attitudes and looking forward to continue a great relationship with Wesley Chapel Honda.

Came in (with an appointment) for a basic oil change. The staff was very helpful and courteous but it took an hour and twenty minutes to do the oil change. The only good surprise was that they washed the truck at the end. The facilities are very nice and they even had a children's area. One bad thing though was that the children's area was very filthy. It looked like they used mats from the service area for the flooring.

My overall experience was Good :) Disappointed I Didn't get a car wash.I always get a car wash. I'd like to look into your deals on Detailing Cars.I was talking with Travis Cambell one of your salesmen.Great Guy to talk to & have a Conversation with.Fun to be around & a overall the show of the party.I actually talked with Travis and met others of your staff. Fun crowd to be around. I was looking forward talking with Tyler Hill.He has always made sure I've been satisfied with service I've received & Especially my Purchase of my 2007 Toyota Yaris 9-11 months ago. I'm looking for something like an Accord or civic coming soon.Tyler Hill is A Family Man because he makes you feel like family , when your at Wesley Chapel Honda :) You All Are A Blessing & Hopefully can make something happen for me , reguarding a future brand new civic or Accord. I was promised an hour for the service to me completed.Two hours and 15 minutes later,I managed to leave.Only to find myself on a car lot filled with cars and no clear way to get out. After several mistakes down false lanes that lead no where I stumbled on to a repair area and asked for directions off the lot.I followed the directions and made it out of there.
Net net...service took much much longer than promised and a maze of cars with no indication how to get off the lot.I will check where the next closest Honda dealer is.

We have been shopping around for a couple months pricing cars knowing we would be buying in November. We were getting discouraged with what was out there and especially the sales men. By the time we got to Wesley Chapel Honda after first contacting them online we met Alphonse. We were at the stand offish point but Alphonse won us over. He listened to what we were needing and gracefully steered us in a different direction. So now I am the proud owner of a new Honda Fit. I know for the next 100,000 miles I am covered for everything bumper to bumper. I have the space of an SUV ( which is what I originally thought I wanted ) but phenomenal gas mileage in a cute package that handles great. Thanks Alphonse for being patient with us!! Kath
