Bought my brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla from Wesley Chapel Toyota! Their customer service is awesome! Jack Peck was my Sales Rep, he was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it color I wanted and all. He was wonderful with my 8 year old nephew took him to the playroom, checked on him and even got him a charger to continue playing on my tablet while we finished up. No pressure at all, gave me a great deal on my trade and great deal on my new Corolla, they went above and beyond to make the deal work for me. Jack took time to set up my Bluetooth connection and how to work all the features. Kelly in Finance was amazing too, she called me a few days after I bought my car to tell me she was able to reduce my monthly payment. Michelle from Service met with me and set up my first service appointment and went over the “extras” that I could add. I drove from Tampa because a friend told me that their service was great, I was not disappointed will definitely buy my next car from them.

Johnny Millaway helped me and my fiance with our purchase. The customer service was excellent! It was a great experience.

Very well run dealership and staff. I came in upside down in my truck and wanting something newer with less mileage. I was very very please with the customer service i received when i came to get a new car for business. Andy was so nice and polite and did everything he could to make thing go faster and smootly its hard to do business when you have 2 small children runnning around.
