What an amazing place. I was helped by Amira and she really took care of me. My car was not driveable and she knew that so she did everything in her power to help me. She knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I drove off that lot with a car I never thought I could have. I am the happiest I have ever been. Plus, a couple days later I get a package at my door and it was a container filled with cookies from Wesley Chapel Toyota and none of my friends who have gotten new cars said they have gotten that. Just goes to show you how much they really care about their customers. Definitely getting my next car from them. Going to be a returning customer for life.

Bought my brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla from Wesley Chapel Toyota! Their customer service is awesome! Jack Peck was my Sales Rep, he was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it color I wanted and all. He was wonderful with my 8 year old nephew took him to the playroom, checked on him and even got him a charger to continue playing on my tablet while we finished up. No pressure at all, gave me a great deal on my trade and great deal on my new Corolla, they went above and beyond to make the deal work for me. Jack took time to set up my Bluetooth connection and how to work all the features. Kelly in Finance was amazing too, she called me a few days after I bought my car to tell me she was able to reduce my monthly payment. Michelle from Service met with me and set up my first service appointment and went over the “extras” that I could add. I drove from Tampa because a friend told me that their service was great, I was not disappointed will definitely buy my next car from them.

Johnny Millaway helped me and my fiance with our purchase. The customer service was excellent! It was a great experience.

Very well run dealership and staff. I came in upside down in my truck and wanting something newer with less mileage. Harry and his finance director will able to get me approved in a way that was comfortable for my budget. Harry respected my time and respected my wishes. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
