Chris had reached out to me back in September after I had put in an inquiry for a possible trade-in situation. He was trying to get me approved for the Toyota Loyalty Program, but I hadn't reached the required payments. He told me he will contact me in March and we can go from there. Sure enough after my 13th payment Chris reached out to me seeing if I was still interested in a new car. Not only was he able to work his magic and get us out of a hard situation we were in with out old car, he got us upgraded from a corolla to a RAV-4!. Chris got our interest rate down from 16%-4.9%. He was just amazing to work with and we will most certainly be working with him again.

If you are looking for a dealer to buy your next car, look no further. We just leased our fifth vehicle from this dealership. As usual, the experience was about as good as it gets in buying a new car. The entire staff was helpful. Christopher Joseph, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable in helping us to choose the perfect Camry. The finance team was friendly and courteous. Even staff we were not directly involved would ask if you needed help with anything or just had a friendly smile. Finally, we like that the dealer includes a package with most if not all their cars which includes tinted windows, floor mats, etc.

Waseam Khalaf made me feel assured that he was there to deliver unimaginable customer service, with me not against me. I appreciated being treated kindly and professionally throughout my time at WCT. He was very patient and was willing to explain everything thoroughly. I did not feel pressured at all like I have with past dealerships. I definitely would recommend WCT in the future and will definitely be coming back. Waseam was great to work with. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and was given the time to really weigh my options, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. Marcelino Santos at Wesley Chapel Toyota was top notch. He provided my wife and I with an exceptional buying experience. Listened to our truck buying needs and placed us in the toyota tacoma that would benefit us the best. He knew the product and was straight foward and honest. I can't even say enough good things about him - he never rushed me, he never pushed me, he didn't seem like a person who was just desperate to make a sale and he actually made the process fun! Great service, everyone was super friendly and we were comfortable with the atmosphere and the facility. Our service specialist Mark was really friendly and explained everything in detail with what was wrong with our car. We ended up getting a new car and our sales representative Waseam Khalaf was very helpful in staying in our budget and getting a car we really liked. We did have a minor problem with the car but Waseam was able to get it fixed for us and he gave excellent service. We had a great experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota that even one of my relatives went to buy a car there.
