I went to look at some cars and get some prices for a new Toyota. It was a great experience all around. Michael Abraham sales rep was very professional and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

It was a nice change to walk onto the lot and not be pressured. Our salesman, Michael Abraham was pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked with us to find what we wanted. Excellent buying (leasing) experience!

We came to the dealership on February 23 2019 to looking for a new vehicle. After we tested drive they gave us a price for the car and that price is sky high, so I told the sale man I didn't want to make an offer on it. I will think about it and come back later on. The sale man keep telling me to give him a price, and I did, after that he called his manager out and work with that deal. They're started to aggressive me. They tried to set me on a deal which is I have to pay a lot more than what the car worth. He keep telling to talk to him. I don't have to talk to him. Who do you think you are. If the deal is overpriced why I have to talk anymore. They make me stress out and I told him I didn't want to make a deal on it. The MANAGER start p.i.s.s.e.d off and said bad things to me. He told me BS, waste of his time, I shouldn't come to a dealership and waste his time like that. At the beginning I already told them I didn't want to make an offer on that car but they're try to get me on it, after that he p.i.s.s.e.d off and aggressive me. I think his job is to negotiation with customers not aggressive customers. It's doesn't matter how much I make the offer on the car, if it's not working he can said No, NOT AGGRESSIVE AND HARASSMENT customers like that. I do not recommend WESTLEY CHAPEL TOYOTA at all. If you want to have a good deal or happy feeling, please find another dealership.

Had a servicing done recently, staff were welcoming and polite.

Staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly and openly. I was helped by Mike Grega. He was nice and always made sure I understood everything about my car when I purchased it. Very quick and efficient team!

Michael Godomar did an excellent job with us. He was very attentive with me and my family to help us to pick the car the we needed. I recommend Michael 100% for someone that wants to buy a car either is a new or used one.

Wesley Chapel Toyota was a great experience for buying my first new car! They are not pushy and really inform you about what options are available. They fully explain all the details of the car for you. They made an awesome deal on a new car and were willing to work to get me the best available car in my budget! I was in an accidental on May 22nd that unfortunately totaled my 2011 Prius. On May 23rd I contacted Michael Grega, told him I needed a new Prius. He got right on top of it. Called me back within minutes. Within 3 hours I was driving out of the dealership with a Brand new 2018 Prius. Michael Grega is a top notch representative of Wesley Chapel Toyota. He will be getting my future business.

As I came to Wesley Chapel Toyota I had no idea that I would walk out so happy and impressed. I walked up and Michael Grega approached me he introduced his self, and then asked me what can he do for me and I showed him the car that I seen online which was a 2007 Toyota Camry we took it for a test ride and then yep I didn’t get a approved for that car he came back and was like I can get You approved for an 2018 Toyota Corolla brand new at first I was definitely unsure I came in there with a set price of how much I would be willing to spend and he definitely understood all my needs and I just love how he wasn’t the pushy sell person like if you walk away from this deal it’s gonna be gone he was like if you need time to think about it that’s cool he was so nice. Then I started to think and calculate my cost in Uber back and fourth to work then I started to think it’s a brand new car with only 2 thousand miles on it never been leased to anyone so I took it and I’m very happy how above and beyond Michael Grega and I think the person who did all my financial paper work was name Matt he was very nice. This is the best place ever. Amazing prices. Amazing staff. Christopher Joseph is a five star represtative. This guy got me WHAT I WANTED. I wanted one particular Tacoma at my price range and C. Joseph got it for me with no hassle. 3 days later I'm driving in home in my 2018 Tacoma. He even offered to take a five hour round trip to deliver my truck to me.
