I’m in the market for a Toyota Camry, I had been emailing with Christine Rodriguez a “manager”
At WC Toyota. I had spoke to Village Toyota and Sun Toyota. Village Toyota did send me a price work sheet and added about 2K for an advantage warranty. I was emailing Christine and asked her twice if they require the advantage warranty. She said no, all the fees were on the spec sheet she sent me. There were two charges on the spec sheet $699 for Toyogaurd Platinum and $209 for two USB ports. Went down there yesterday ready to buy a pre-owned car that was on their website or put a deposit on a new car. Kelly the sales person tells me the cars I found online are not available and they really don’t have many cars. She took my keys to “appraise” my trade and then came back with the worksheet for a new Camry with charges of $599, $599, $1595 all for extra warranty items they add. I said why are they adding those charges. I specifically asked Chritsine about that, she had no idea. I said no thanks, give me my keys back.
I left and today emailed Christine this is what she said: We did not get into the out the door numbers on the vehicle. These items that were presented to you are not warranty items.
I told her I’m not interested. I think with they should be upfront with the fees they are going to add, we were not discussing the price of the car only the fact if she was going to
“require” extra junk fees that I don’t want to buy.
I won’t be going back there.

Highly recommend using Wesley Chapel Toyota. This is a great service. The salesman was very helpful and worked with me to get a vehicle at a very fair price.

The sales manager asked me to come to the showroom for a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma. After a quick inspection, the truck looked fine; however, when I looked under the car then noticed it was completed rusted under the chassis (pics available) and every bolt and some engine parts. The truck came from the north, so that may explain why it was rusted. Sale team claimed that was nothing wrong with the rush, and they still claimed their trucks are 160 point professional inspected. I left since my trust went down to zero. Please, be careful out there since I don't think their precertification means anything.

Julie Rivera-Pereira Was professional, clear, helpfull and patient with me, was good exprience with her, but after sale I am trting to reach Mic Abraham for a MONTH i called them 5 times and everybtime the receptionest say in rude way he is busy will get back to u, their post sale service sucks I’d never recommend them again.

Went online and followed instructions to prepare a price quote in advance. Printed paper and went to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Once there sales rep tells me the pin stripe, window tint, floor mats and a tracking device was already in car. I told him multiple times this wasn't mentioned online Wesley Chapel site. They reduced price for these extras from a little over $1500 to $500. I still believe this was a bait and switch. Buyers beware, when doing price quotes online with Wesley Chapel Toyota, they are going to charge for extras not mentioned online. They told me this crap is done to the cars when they receive them. It's bull, I asked for one without this extra crap and he tells me they don't have any. I drove over an hour to this place just to get items I didn't want pushed on me. I could've gone closer where I live and gotten crap I didn't want on my vehicle dumped on me. The vehicle was falsely described online and I think it's very sneaky, not to mention unethical.

Took my 2018 Camry in for service. They were supposed to get back with me about rust spots. I have contacted them 6 times and no response yet. 2018 car shouldn’t have rust.

I highly recommend this dealership! Jacob Maxfield and Jeff Latham were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made a complicated process enjoyable. I have had unpleasant experiences with previous dealerships causing me to have a negative opinion. I needed a new vehicle but was dreading going in because of those past experiences. However, they completely changed my mind! Thank you for all of the help!

Took my card to the dealership yesterday with all diamonds across the card with a promise of 25 grand or the lesser prize of $2500-a real con-the manager put the squeeze on after almost an hour of looking at a used f-150-the salesman was cordial and blamed verbally by the manager for not sealing the deal-don't waste your time.

Today I received excellent service from Pedro Rico and your staff. My car was roaring on my way back to Brooksville.

Irresponsible service department and management. Brought my truck in for service, they scratched it and did nothing to fix it. Shame on them.

My wife and I dealt with a young man that conducted himself like an old school salesman. Polite, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and best of all he was helpful NOT PUSHY! He showed us around several vehicles and we test drove three, unfortunately my wife is a little picky, but that's OK because when we by a car we drive it for 15-20 years so there's nothing wrong with being a little picky!

Westley Chapel Toyota (WCT) Maybe ok to buy a new vehicle from because the Toyota nationwide warranty kicks in. Although getting a good deal from them on a new vehicle may be problematic. I would urge anyone thinking of buying a used vehicle from WCT to pass!!
1) WCT will sell you a vehicle with defective safety devices and tell you to have it fixed on your dime.
2) WCT will sell you a warranty that they do not honor. I would not trust a dealer that is dishonest for anything! If they lie they lie and cant be trusted!
3) WCT service department is a strict adherent to the “by guess or by golly” or the tried and true “replace and hope” troubleshooting method. They haven’t a clue. But that’s ok that it costs you for their “explorations”…refer to #2 they are making money so they are ok with this type of “service”.
There is no after sale service you are on your own with used vehicles! I wonder what the state of Florida would think about #1?
