I am a fairly new patient. My first visit was with Dr Angelica who literally saved my life. She was kind, patient, and listened with attention. Saw her about a nagging pain I was having just below my left breast. After asking loads of questions and listening with attention she sent me to have a stool test to see if I had H-pylori. But at the same time decided to let me do another stool test just out the blue. (Wasn’t sure why) The H-pylori test came back ok but the second stool test came back showing that blood was present in my stool- (incidentally I’ve never seen blood in my stool) The long and short of it is, it turned out to be colon cancer. I am so GRATEFUL she took the initiative to let me do that second stool test. Not sure where I would be today had she not used her trained intuition and let me do that second stool test.
I had to go back to the surgery and thanked her for literally saving my life, because had she not done that I wouldn’t have known that I had cancer which was detected early and was treated.

Whitney was very thorough in her examination of me. She was conscious that I was travelling the next day and referred me to the Whittington Hospital where I underwent an Xray and was prescribed the necessary antibiotics and pain relief required for me to travel.

Had a phone appointment with Adam regarding my prescription. He listened, provided some advise and then adjusted my prescription as necessary. Very polite and friendly.

I really like this surgery, every time i see the GP i feel listened too and fufilled

I have had appalling experiences at this GP surgery many times, to the extent where I moved myself and my younger child elsewhere. I recently had a terrible experience with my oldest daughter, who has a foot injury or problem (we don't know what this is still). It took a long time for her to be seen; then the doctor made a wrong referral to the hospital, so the hospital cancelled the appointment. I had to ask the surgery to re-refer her, and the same thing happened a second time! When I asked the surgery to refer my daughter to the correct Dpt as per the hospital's instructions they asked me to, instead, book another appt with their GP - that's 24 days after the original appointment which led to nothing, and while her foot is getting worse!

I am satisfied with the telephone conversation and I received good advice. Thank you

Pharmacist not only explained what I needed to do but why and how the tests being asked for would help them understand if anything was going on with me. It was really great to know the reasoning behind the asks.

I had to wait 10 days for my appointment despite explaining my NHS physio had told me to get a prescription for pain relief. I was therefore forced to use an online pharmacy to get the tablets I needed to be able to work and attend a family funeral. This was really quite distressing and complicated to deal with when you're in pain.
However when I did eventually have my appointment Dr Luong was excellent, she was attentive and caring and gave me a thorough examination then put my mind ar ease with the course of treatment she recommended. I would happily have given her five stars, if the practice, which has be been great in the past but now seems swamped, had not made me wait so long. Without the online pharmacy I would have been unable to work or attend the funeral of a much loved family member.

Seen promptly, my physician was well informed of my situation and gave clear, helpful advice. Felt very looked after.

Had a great experience today. Felt like I got many more solutions offered than I have done in the past and had a very thorough consultation. I feel much more confident about solving this problem, and thought I was just coming in to get a repeat prescription.

Lovely pharmacist - Super easy to talk to, listens to issues at hand and is willing to figure out a resolution. Really lovely!

The appointment went well but I am still waiting for the review from the doctor. I made the appointment to confirm if the rash on the top of my feet is ringworm and they were unable to say for sure so have said they will ask a doctor to check the photos I sent.

I want to thank Dr. Angelica Winter, for the visit of 03/14/2025. She was very kind, very professional, very patient because I don't speak or understand English well, she spoke to me slowly, she explained to me well what I have to do. Many thanks

Fast appointment as i had tonsillitis and was in and out in 1min after thorough examination with antibiotics! I happy with the fast and efficient work they do!

There was enough time to go through all my questions and get the tests I wanted, that my concerns were valued, and I was greatly reassured. It is important to feel cared for and that if I needed further investigation I would have been referred.
