Would not recommend!
Has a procedure in place that when an appointment is cancelled it is marked as "Did Not Attend" which falsifies data. Failed to communicate a life changing diagnosis and once a formal complaint has been raised they then "remove you" from their patient list - truly shocking practises.
Have been waiting for nearly 2 months to receive a document that won't send but they refuse to print it out as an alternative.

The doctor was very nice. Invited with an interpreter. everything was explained very well.

The Surgery Doctor and staff AW and another lady staff member took great care of me, and helped me. It was a very serious health issue. I am extremely grateful of the emergency care and expertise of the Doctor and surgery staff members on the day. Thank you!

She was helpful, kind and understandable.

She recommended me something for my eczema and its working, she listened to me and took her time and didn’t rush the appointment. Id like to have her as my doctor in the near future

Admin team are useless, most of them are not patient facing, and you have to email them if you need something, and if they reply, they send you the wrong info. GP’s some of them are ok and some are not.
Very bad experience every time I visit this practice.

I really enjoyed my experience with this gp called nadia farah she made me feel really relaxed and calm with her as my gp and I wish for her to always be my gp.

Great practice. Easy to book an appointment on the phone, lovely receptionist, the waiting room is new, clean and spacious and the service and attention Dr Akunjee provided was perfect, very human and friendly.

A good example of what NHS should be everywhere.

She was precise, clear and efficient.

The reception staff is quite rude and not very helpful. The administration team is total shambles. Last minute cancelled appointments, wrongly done referrals. Generally one of the worst GP practices you can be with. There is a difference between simple mistakes or lack of resources and total incompetence combined with lack of responsibility by many members of staff. ( Especially the admin). That's my personal experience with them

Very helpful and relief

I went to the North middlesex hospital for the appointment I have been informed of via phonecall by my GP. Only to be told that the appointment was about me but not with me involved. So I'm not sure what the next course of action will be.

The doctor was really helpful and was explaining all of the questions that I asked with details. Moreover, she gave me advices about my problem and some tips that will help. My current GP is much better than my previous one and I am satisfied 😊

New to the surgery, first visit for a long overdue general check up. Could not fault the doctor or the surgery staff.
