Aylesbury store: Purchased radiator valves, Drayton trv 4, turns out they were incompatible with my system. Returns were very efficient. Neve helped to select replacement by going above and beyond by allowing me to check for the correct fit. Great service

John and Chloe are the ultimate kitchen dream team! We couldn't have asked for two people more perfectly suited to designing and building our dream kitchen - we are over the moon with it!

From the moment we met Chloe, we knew we were in safe hands. She is polite, professional, knowledgeable and attentive with endless patience for our very particular design requests. Her kitchen design skills and attention to detail were second to none. She immediately put us at ease, answering all our enquiries and requests efficiently and she designed a kitchen that we are very proud of. She thought of every little detail to make it extra special and we'll miss working with her on the project.

John was exceptional in delivering the build of our kitchen. He is a perfectionist who genuinely goes above and beyond on his kitchen projects. Having someone in your house everyday during a build can be challenging but with John it was an absolute pleasure - in fact we'll miss having 'Uncle John' here which is testament to his kind, patient and positive nature. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, his extra touches have taken the kitchen to another level and we can't thank him enough for everything he has done. He is very good at what he does, the kitchen has been fitted to a very high standard and he really does care about making it absolutely perfect. The tradesmen he works with were also excellent at what they do - from plasterers, to plumbers, to electricians, every person on the build was very skilled at their trade and we had absolute trust that the money we had spent would be worth it.

We couldn't recommend John and Chloe at Wickes, Aylesbury enough - if you choose them to design and build your kitchen, you won't regret it!

I found Macheala very helpful and knowledgeable from the fist time she came and designed my kitchen. she is very customer focused and seems to find what is best for you and your budget

I visited Wickes Aylesbury today to pick some tiles for our bathroom. Kim was so friendly, attentive and helpful from the beginning. Kim helped me figure out how many packs I needed and ensure I had enough to cover the space, helpfully explaining that I can also return excess if needed. I felt confident in Kim's knowledge and was grateful to get her guidance and deal with a friendly face on my visit! Thank you, I will be back soon for more home bits!

Was amazing experience having our kitchen designed by Martin in Wicks Aylesbury. We are first time buyers and Martin helped us all the way and asked us things we never even thought of! He was amazing, made everything so easy and went the extra mile with making sure he listened to what we needed and made sure we had a kitchen that worked for our family. Would recommend wickes kitchens.

We chose wickes Aylesbury to supply our new bathroom and manage the project. Macheala designed the perfect bathroom and accommodated my many changes. There were minor issues which Macheala promptly and efficiently resolved. Would definitely use them again.

Macheala designed my bathroom, she is professional, polite and listens to your needs and goes above and beyond to make it happen. She made herself available and dealt with any issues swiftly. There were little hiccups, which she jumped on and rectified in a calm and professional manner.
The bathroom itself is better than I imagined, a high level of workmanship.
I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this branch to anyone wanting to get their bathroom done.

Delivery not made one time. Nearly 10 days to and still no flooring delivered. Called multiple times and was told it would be delivered. When I asked for a refund they said it would take 14 days to receive it. I’m still waiting.
To every question I asked to get them to resolve it they came back with that that solution was against their policies. Turns out that they would not and could not resolve my issue in a satisfactory way due to their policies. As a tradesman it expect better and now would never trust them with a delivery order. Their service was appalling!

Visited the Aylesbury branch to use their paint matching machine after calling several other stores closer to me whose machines weren’t working. Upon arrival I spoke to Kim and explained what I needed matching and she was super efficient and friendly. She went above and beyond. Thanks, Kim!

Our introduction to Wickes bathroom was via Chloe Folds, the bathroom designer/consultant at Wickes Aylesbury. I must point out that our experience with Chloe was throughout very professional. Sadly Chloe was unavailable during the installation period which we definitely missed as she would have helped project manager it far better than most the people we dealt with at the Wickes Installation Service team.

The fitters were a company called EPAC. The end result was just what we wanted and looks great. They even went above and beyond to ensure that the finishes to the walls, ceiling, plasterwork, windowsills and flooring looked perfect.

In essence we would use Chloe again but I would emphasize the importance of a single point of contact at Wickes, preferably your kitchen designer, rather than their call centre styled Installation support team.

5* for Chloe, 4* for the fitters and 2* for the installation service team.

Absolutely incredible service from Martin! Listened to everything we wanted, everything we needed and gave superb advice. We needed things changing along the way and he was more than happy to change them and show us on the 3D design how they all looked. Cannot recommend him enough!

From start to finish the whole experience was the best . Chloe the designer and john the fitter . Nothing was to much trouble . It was everything and more . I can't thank them enough . We are all delighted . I would definitely recommend Wicks .A massive thank you to them both .pN006669648

Warranty does not exist for their kitchens.We have had problems with door fronts and drawer fronts from day one of installation and now, under Wickes so called warranty, they are refusing to replace the faulty doors as " kitchens contain steam". Tell me, kitchens are designed to cook in are they not. So it looks like to me that what Wickes are saying is that their kitchen units are NOT fit for purpose and only designed for showroom purposes of which they charge you alot of money for. So be aware, stay clear and go else where is my advice.And if I could give a lower star rating, I would!!
It also seems to happen to other people as I received another similar refusal under warranty for a different customer but worded the same, so this is common practice it seems.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen - it looks amazing! Machaela our designer was great to deal with and Mark the fitter was amazing - nothing was too much trouble. Mark and his team have done a super job - thank you !

We are so pleased with the service from Macheala at the Aylesbury store. Throughout our design process she took on board all our ideas and wishes and created a beautiful bathroom for us. When asking to make the odd change, nothing was too much trouble (and we had many questions for her!!). The whole process was made easier through her in depth explanations enabling the whole process to be seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to see the finished design now! Highly recommend using Macheala!

We had a really positive experience with our kitchen design consultant, Macheala, at Wickes. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and gave us as much time as we needed to make sure we were completely happy with our decisions.

I've had a really positive experience with the Wickes bathroom installation. Chloe from the Aylesbury branch was so helpful and designed our bathroom for us from scratch. We hit a couple of snags along the way but she sorted them for us immediately and ensured everything went smoothly. Chloe was supportive and professional throughout the process and I would definitely want to go back to her for our next project. Moving onto the contractors for the bathroom install, we were matched up with Marius and his team from 3D Force who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Marius took the time to come out and visit prior to the work starting and went through everything in great detail which really appreciated. His communication was amazing and he kept us updated the whole way through and arranged everything very well. Nothing was too much trouble. We had George and Nicu from his team completing the install and what a lovely team! They were professional, arrived early every day and worked their socks off! Their attention to detail on the bathroom really shows and the finish is beautiful. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the install. All in all a seamless and positive process. Holly from the Installation Customer Service Centre was also so helpful and checked in regularly to ensure things were running to plan. I would absolutely recommend Wickes for bathroom installs (specifically with the contractors we had). Thank you all!
