What a lovely warm greeting from Ike. Unusual today & very impressed. Ike found someone to cover his post & loaded bags of compost into my car cheerfully & very willingly. Returned an online order to the Baguley…
Returned an online order to the Baguley store and asked for help unloading it from the car, two members of staff, Ike and Sam could not have been more helpful, they grabbed a trolley each and unloaded the whole order then took it into store. Sam then dealt with the the return and refund. Both super happy to help, patient and absolute stars
