I drove 45 minutes to the Basingstoke store as Andover and Salisbury didn’t have what I needed in stock, there was only 20 of what I needed on display when I got there and I needed 35, I asked Mark Bradford if he could help me out and get some from the back and he did just that and made sure I got what I came for, great customer service and came with a smile👍🏻

We went to buy a gate and supports at the Basingstoke branch. Mark was extremely helpful, advising what we needed and the best way to do it. He even helped us carry the gate and timber to the car. Thank you Mark.

Approached a lady to ask for advice on worktops, she was great! took me to where they were in two places and gave me relevant brochures and showed me how to then look online to show all details. Very helpful and friendly.

3 Weeks ago, we booked an appointment with Sarah B from the kitchen design department at Wickes Basingstoke. We purchased a new kitchen for our utility room. Sarah, was very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. From delivery to fitting, the communication was excellent. We were so impressed with the service and the wide range available that we received we went back yesterday and ordered a new kitchen to match the utility Sarah was amazing. Thank you Sarah. I would definitely recommend Wickes to family and friends.

The wrong colour cupboard doors were ordered and fitted and we have been unable to get them changed. The Basingstoke store offered to help but 3 months on they have made no contact, do not answer the phone and have not even responded to their own Customer Support Adviser. Very poor customer care.
