Wickes - Bletchley Reviews 

Came in earlier this morning having ideas for a plan of how to diy some bits around the house, I showed Luka the assistant who helped me some photos and he brought me to the products I needed for repairing my door frames around the house, recommending new hinges to replace my old rusted ones, sand paper and caulk to repair all of the cracks in the old paint and recommendations for which finish to use when at the end of the product. Very happy with the finished product and wouldn’t have had a clue without any help. Great customer service and in and out the store very quick and efficiently.

Walking into Wickes l, Bletchley to get material with my builder. Chloe was on top of her game giving us options that made my money go a long way more than I thought. Great service Chloe.

I wasn’t sure what kind of material I needed for a diy project but upon speaking to Maddie at the bletchley wickes this was quickly resolved ! She was very helpful in finding all the things i needed and assured me that she was happy to help and to let her know if i needed anything else. Great employee you’ve got there, a real asset to the business.

Lewis from Wicks Bletchley Milton Keynes Store, helped me a lot, i thought I knew what i wanted, but was confused with the wide selection of cables they had in store, Lewis asked me questions, listened to my answers and i ended up buying what i needed, this avoided me returning the wrong itmes and buying different cables. Because of Lewis i ended up buying more items, in fact everything i needed in one trip. He was professional, friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Wicks Bletchley Milton Keynes MK1 1BX and will be going back again soon.

Popped into Wickes for paint. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff, especially a gentleman named William were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend them ..

Review for Lewis at Wickes (Bletchley Store)

Had a great experience at the Wickes Bletchley store thanks to Lewis. He gave excellent advice on DIY projects and recommended all the necessary tools for my first DIY jobs. His knowledge and guidance made the process so much easier and more enjoyable. Really appreciated his friendly and helpful approach. I’ll definitely be returning and may even consider Wickes for all our future home renovations, including a new kitchen. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Nunn was very helpful and helped sort the bathroom out for us, and spent time alternating the design to suit our needs.

As a tradesman I have shopped in this store since it opened the stock most times is always available the staff are very nice and helpful and the manager is excellent at getting sorted any issues you may have nothing is to much trouble a excellent store.

Well, what a difference one person can make to a Store soon as I went through the doors Brad said hello and how are you when I went back to the till to pay for my purchase again he was very polite and chatty. Customer services makes so much difference when you visit a store 10 out of 10 keep Brad there.

Having just visited the Bletchley branch, the two members of staff were very accommodating. The young man on the till very quickly asked another member of staff to assist me with a bulky and heavy purchase. Mel, not only retrieved it from the high shelves but also put it in the car for me. Both members of staff were very welcoming and helped make my purchase an enjoyable event. I shall be back!

Brad and Riley were very helpful and it was such a great experience at the shop. Brad explained to us about tools and materials so that we buy what’s good for our house and Riley was so friendly at tills . Thank you so much for both.
