I needed to make a return but didn’t have the receipt with me. The default position was to take a credit note but Lauren searched for my purchase and verified it which allowed me to receive a refund to my bank account. Although the amount was small (£24) I am very appreciative of Lauren’s efforts and am very happy with the flexibility that Wilkes have shown - thank-you.

The staff at the till and in store were polite and helpful and Archie was very kind helping to bring the heavy load to the car and load it up!

Great service and fantastic staff!

I received great service at the store today. The lady on Customer Service was brilliant, and the checkout lady was also very helpful and friendly.

But the real star of the show was Archie, who helped me with 10 heavy bags of stone and then loaded them all into my car. He was extremely friendly, helpful and couldn’t have been more willing to assist — nothing was too much trouble.

It’s lovely to receive this level of customer service. A great store with great staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make my visit such a positive experience!

I've just got back from trying to buy some Hanging-rail-atrachments from your branch in Bournemouth Ringwood Rd, (which I call Poole, but nevermind!), and had the most comprehensive, amazing, and thoroughly stunning and satisfying help from your colleague, Lauren, but I think she's a CAPITAL investment with her skills, niceness, intelligence and realisation that the Wickes tills/computers were so pants and having a 'meltdown', that I couldn't pay for the goods I'd purchased without Laurens amazing cunning and skills and using my smartphone moby to pay for the hanging rail.
LAUREN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND UTTERLY BRILLIANT!!!! FANTASTICALLY FABULOUS AND THOROUGHLY BRILLIANT AT DOING HER JOB!!!!!! (You probably don't know, or realise how lucky you are, to have a Lauren like that!!!)

All the staff I spoke to were very helpful.
Then I went to pay and met the lovely
Rosie who was bright and cheerful and she made me smile. Thank you all.

Emma was so helpful to me and my disabled husband we could not have had a better shopping experience. We could not have managed without her.

Never an issue with stock or service, been doing a room conversion and bought all materials for the project. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

I have recently used the click and collect facility a few times with this company at the Bournemouth branch and have to say how easy and quick it was.
The staff at the store were friendly and helpful as well.

I recently had to return a garden sprinkler which was malfunctioning. Although Wickes refunded me for the item they still charged me for the delivery which I think was unfair considering I had to return a faulty item

I had my new kitchen designed by Mark James at Wickes in Bournemouth and couldn't have been better looked after. He listened to what I wanted and the result couldn't have been better, in fact all the staff I had contact with were most helpful and supportive over a process which took longer than it should have due to me using my own fitters.

Magda from Bournemouth branch was incredibly professional and made the process increadibly easy to navigate. She was really helpful at every stage I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for kitchen / bathroom design support!

A very positive start on our journey for a new kitchen, Mark phoned us to ensure appointment was still convenient. Arrived on time, a very professional at all times. He listened to what we wanted to achieve, and then came up with ideas that we had not thought about, looking forward to seeing the design next week.

I booked an appointment for an in-store design consultation at Wickes Bournemouth as I was looking to purchase a new kitchen, I can’t praise Magda enough for all the help and guidance she gave us throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for her , Magda was very professional and approachable and at the same time very kind , we just wanted to thank her for all her help in making this process easier for us.

Went to our local Wickes to purchase some tools to get the garden into shape. Found everything needed as the aisles were clearly marked and prices were reasonable. Store was exceptionally clean and tidy with no intrusive background music. Staff were busy but available if needed. Customer service was exceptional.
