I over ordered on floor tiles. I ordered 15 boxes and had 3 surplus. I contacted them via their on line chat and spoke to a real person on Monday 01/06/2026 regarding a return and a refund. I was informed that they would be collected on the 02/06/2026 between 0700 and 1900. No show. I then contacted them via the online chat and again spoke to a real person. No apology at all. The person I was speaking to said that he had arranged collection for the 03/06/2026 between 0700 and 1900. I waited in all day again and again no show. It appears that the delivery actually turns up when you are buying something, they even give you a time slot. Order number 696794215, I would appreciate it if you could sort this out before the 30 day retrun policy expires.

Suzanne Morgan at the Bracknell branch has done a great job designing our kitchen. Thought into the aesthetics as well as how we use our kitchen and what we want from the new one that we don’t currently have has all been high on her agenda when building the design for us. I’ve changed my mind on the colour of the cupboard doors and changed my mind on the worktop twice but her patience has been incredible. We have opted to have it installed over the summer holidays so I will wait a while before commenting on the installation

We are very happy with our new kitchen and couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received from our consultant, Courtney Bygrave, at the Bracknell store.
From the very first day, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created the best possible design for our space. Her supportive approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and even came to check on specific details during the process whenever we asked.
The project started exactly when it was scheduled and was completed on time, which we really appreciated.
We absolutely love our kitchen and would highly recommend Wickes to anyone looking for expert guidance and outstanding support.

Over a month later, our bathroom has not been completed. Not only were measurements wrong, but the wrong radiator was ordered several times (out of stock or wrong size). We were not informed we would have to buy some bits separately and often measurements have been wrong. The work started 12th January and it is half done, we have tried to contact the store and Head Office has also tried to contact the managers too but it has been quiet for well over a week with no update from anyone. Have had to fork out thousands more than advised also. We have had no contact from the contractor fitting it too, even though there are definitely jobs that could be done. We are still chasing and have had no contact whatsoever. Contacting customer services has done nothing to help either.
Despite relating this information and further phone calls, to prompt contact from fitter and Wickes managers, nothing has been done.

I am writing this to highlight the way my son and I were treated in your store this afternoon.
I approached till 2 in order to return several items before making a new purchase. As we reached the counter, my son handed the first item (a measuring ruler) to the staff member and clearly stated that we wished to return the goods. We then passed the remaining items to him, which he processed.
After asking whether we had anything else, and once we confirmed that was all we had to return, the staff member suddenly raised his voice and said, “Why didn’t you say you were returning?” I immediately explained that my son had in fact said this at the start of the interaction, and I had heard him do so. The staff member insisted that we had not.
He then waved his hands dismissively towards till 1 and said, “Take these over there, I don’t do returns.”
I asked him, calmly, to please stop being rude to me.
At that point, another colleague, Lorraine, came over and told me that I needed to stop being rude to her colleague or she would ask me to leave the store. Lorraine had not witnessed the interaction from the beginning and appeared to assume that I was at fault simply because I had asked for the rudeness to stop.
Lorraine returned to her till but continued in an aggressive manner, repeating that we would have to leave. I explained that I would leave once my return had been processed. She completed the refund while repeatedly saying, “crack on.”
I then asked to speak to a manager. The deputy manager came out, and I explained what had happened, including the initial rudeness at till 2 and Lorraine’s intervention. I requested that CCTV be reviewed to clarify the situation. Although he said he would speak to the staff involved, I did not feel confident that the matter would be investigated, particularly as no details were taken from me.
I found the entire experience upsetting and shocking. At no point were my son or I rude or aggressive. Being spoken to in this way, and then being threatened with removal from the store, was humiliating and unnecessary.
I would appreciate it if this incident could be properly investigated, including a review of CCTV, and that I receive a response outlining the outcome and what steps will be taken to prevent similar situations in future. Thank you

What a great experience we had with both the company that we chose for our new kitchen, and the company who installed it. The designer, Courtney Bygrave, was friendly and very helpful, suggesting things we hadn't even thought of, and designed a kitchen that was perfect for us. When it was finished, she came to have a look and to make sure we were happy with it. Again, the installers were friendly and helpful. They came across a problem which they sorted, and went above and beyond by adding little extras. Matt, the owner of the company, came out several times during installation to check that we were happy with how it was going. Customer service throughout was excellent too. Would thoroughly recommend both companies for the exceptional service we had

Working with Courtney Bygrave from the Bracknell Wickes on our new bathroom installation was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! We tried a few other competitors and independents for alternative quotes but were met with unfriendly and unhelpful responses where no one suggested actually visiting our bathroom and many expected a full technical measurement of the space before they'd even talk to us. Not so with Courtney - within a couple of days of contacting her branch she was at our front door with her infectious smile and quite wonderful personality! She made us feel instantly calm about the process from the outset from measuring the space correctly, to the design, to choosing the right materials. There was nothing she wouldn't do for us and it goes without saying that the final result was absolutely mind blowing. Would 100% recommend both Courtney and Wickes to anyone interested in getting a new bathroom!

The staff was extremely rude. We asked about an item that wasn’t on the shelf, and she didn’t even bother to check which one we were referring to and just said no. On another day, we bought several things and the same girl, when we approached the register, didn’t greet us and proceeded to talk to one of her coworkers, completely ignoring us. All of them were laughing among themselves and ignoring our presence

I visited the store to book a kitchen design appointment, which was scheduled for the following day. Unfortunately, no one turned up. I called the store and was told the original designer was unavailable — a courtesy call to inform me would have been appreciated.
I was then told someone else would be attending, but after waiting another 30 minutes with no update or arrival, I had to leave to return to work. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Would not recommend.
