Hi Kenny McCardle was the sales consultant I spoke with re my kitchen plans and he listened to all my requests, offered many ideas and nothing was any bother to him as I changed my mind countless times. After sales communication has also been extremely prompt and all queries answered.

Orderd 3 bifold doors. Courier came with only one door. Claimed that the depot had phoned me to inform me that the other 2 were damaged - no-one had phoned me. Contacted Wicks who said they had no idea when the order could be fulfilled. I notice that other customers have had the same problems. Avoid requesting home deliveries

dont waste your money on a kitchen from here. half our delivery never came turned up nearly a week late most ov the boxes were damaged.the solid wood worktops were warped and finish is very rough.

I had a kitchen planning consultation with Emma at Wickes and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted from our new kitchen. Emma explained everything clearly, came up with great ideas, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her knowledge and attention to detail were excellent, and nothing felt rushed. I left feeling much more confident and excited about my kitchen plans. Thank you, Emma, for such a great experience!

Our designer Kenny had taken time to explain options available to us for a new kitchen. Kenny had also come out to measure everything for us and this made the process so much easier. We were able to view the kitchen design on the computer software which let us have a really good idea as to what the kitchen would look like. Kenny has been very helpful and even helped with some changes that we wanted to make. Definitely would recommend Wickes based on our experience!

So far so good! Kenny brilliant service and support to date. Kitchen not installed yet so proof in the final outcome. If anything to go by to date with Kenny's professional approach and excellent communication, will be great!

I purchased a new kitchen from Wickes and used their installers to fit the new kitchen for me. The installation of my new kitchen has been completed and I am delighted with the end result. Communication from the installers was excellent throughout and the work was completed to a high standard. I am very happy with the new kitchen.
After they had completed the work I had an accident and damaged my new kitchen tap. They came out very quickly and fixed it for me which I was very grateful for.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their kitchen installed.

Martin Shaw in Glasgow was my kitchen designer and he made the whole process as seamless as it could be. I quoted with lots of kitchen providers for the works and Martin was by far the most professional and knowledgeable, which really reassured me while making such an important purchase. Throughout, he was so generous with his time to continually support at every stage of the process. Thank you Martin!

Kenny had everything on screen for us to look at. He was absolutely brilliant. What I had thought I wanted, he showed another way regards the layout of the kitchen. What also helped was sending photos of the kitchen we have now. Nothing was too much trouble, showed everything that we wanted regards kitchen. Also sent through the the new layout of the kitchen. 10/10 for Kenny.

A kitchen is a big expense, but
Emma from the Wickes Glasgow branch made our experience so easy. Everything was explained in detail, she was happy to answer our numerous questions, gave advice on units, worktops, handles, splashbacks etc., and also gave ideas regarding kitchen accessories Wickes don't stock.
She came to the house to take measurements, arrived on time and included our builder in the design process, which was worthwhile.
Also, because we were unsure about the colour of the kitchen we had chosen, we arranged a follow up visit to the store and Emma was happy to run through all the options again.
Emma is a credit to Wickes.
We hope the after sales experience is just as good.

I purchased a kitchen in January and paid in full, we were told by the surveyor that fitting would probably be April. We were then told a different fitter was available for the 9th of March. All items were delivered and dumped in my lounge on the 6th of March at my inconvenience. We thought we can live with this as it is only for a few days. On the 9th of March (fitting day) the kitchen was emptied and at 7:50 we received a txt to say the fitter had an issue and could not attend and to contact the installation team. The installation team offered us a new fitting date for the end of April! We asked if someone from the team could come and start the job but were told that they usually work alone and just get trades in as needed! We asked if we could take the next slot and were told no. Now I have empathy for the fitters situation and understand that these things happen but Wickes should have a solution in place. I asked for a full refund and to come and lift the kitchen from my lounge ASAP. They eventually uplifted the items 10 days later!!! To say it has been a stressful experience is an understatement customer service is non existent. If this is the service prior to installation what will it be after?? I finally got a refund last week. Buyer Beware! Do not buy from Wickes!

Emma Twaddle arrived for a home visit to design our kitchen. Was quick efficient and honest about prices etc
Met with Emma a few days later to order our kitchen. Emma was polite well organised and designed everything the way we wanted while keeping the costs to a minimum for our budget. Emma gave good advice and also thought ahead of visit leaving no questions unanswered. So grateful to have someone so knowledgeable assisting us. Can’t wait to share with Emma the finished product.
